Only a very small common area.

Nice and quiet, with a semi shaded pool surrounded by nice plants. The staff are lovely, especially Komang who is very friendly and works too hard. I liked room 16 that has a large balcony area and is upstairs with a view. It is close to Sindhu night market for a wide selection of food carts. Local restaurants are also good value with nice staff eg Anik's kitchen, Mbok and great coffee around the corner at Van onze cultuur.

Lovely staff and despite being close to the action it was very quiet and peaceful. The pool was good. It was clean and comfortable. good breakfast. Felt very Bali with the gardens and cosy feel.

The first night, just before going to bed, we discovered the water had been cut off. Fortunately, we had bottled water to brush our teeth, wash our faces + clean hands after using the toilet. We sent the manager a msg that night via the booking site. The next morning, the water was still unavailable by 8am. We hadn't heard back from him, so later that morning we chatted to him, in person. He explained that sometimes the water cuts out + they have to turn on their emergency source. If you need to contact the manager, best to get his WhatsApp no. and contact him directly, rather than via the booking site.

Location was good, close to the new Icon Mall and Sindhu market. 5- 10 minute walk to Sindhu beach. Lovely small pool, surrounded by greenery, which we didn't use due the the unseasonably cooler, cloudy weather, and cooler water (usually heated by the sun). Our upstairs room and larger, shared, balcony was spacious. Surrounds were a lush oasis, as the manager, Robert, loves gardening. Tea and coffee making facilities are available downstairs. The manual shower head in our bathroom was cracked, and water sprayed everywhere - odd that it was not mentioned by previous guests, or noted by cleaning staff. However, it was quickly replaced with a new shower head, once we informed the pleasant maintenance man 😊

It is a 20 minute walk to the beach.

The staff are very friendly and Robert helped me to locate a trustworthy bank and money changer on my first day. I loved the garden and my room was perfect for me. I ate a lovely breakfast at the homestay every day and enjoyed the pool. The location offers easy access to shops, restaurants and spas. The homestay was also a excellent price.

The TV didn’t work for my long stay. I wanted to use it in the evening since I was travelling alone and didn’t want to go out at night to walk down laneways in poor lighting. I don’t know if the TV ever works. Others had the same problem. I reported it on my first day . Family were using some of the outdoor chairs and couches which meant guests could not access

The shower in the bathroom is an inconvenient design that takes a long time to drain.

Received a very warm welcomed. This place is really peaceful and like a little heaven where you instantly feel relaxed. The room was really comfortable. The pool in the little garden is beautiful. Situated in a quiet area in Sanur. We will definitely come back.

Need some new towels as the fluff was coming off after a shower. Bathroom door would not fully shut.

Nice and quiet location down a side street from the main Sanur high street. Pool looked nice and clean even though we did not use it. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.
