The only ting I would point out is they seem to have a problem with small ants, very small ones that seem to come up the kitchen sink. Seriously not a big big deal. Just let the water run for little and its all good.

I like the space you get and amout of privacy. This is my 3rd time staying here and it was as expected. I really appreciate the staff that works here, super polite and friendly. The facilities are good too, gym has gotten a upgrade since last time it seems. Location is great if you have your own transportation or if you don't mind getting a gojek. This makes it more calm and quieter then other places. Still close to majority of all the city has to offer.

Need to take transport to go nearest mall and the breakfast area is small. The washing machine dryer is not strong enough to dry the clothes and no area to hang the wet clothes after washing.

Good place to stay in with family with small children. The room is spacious and my kids love the room. The breakfast is good and they have daily jamu to consume.

the room was supposed to be non-smoking, but the guest before us, did smoke and the hotel just provide a air cleaner instead of offering an actual non-smoking facility. I was pregnant and I did not like that approach.

It is a business oriented functional hotel, but for us for 1 night in Jakarta trying to sleep out the jetleg and travel along the next day it was perfect.

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room. The hotel has a restaurant, swimming pool, great breakfast and is situated near the train station (for traveling further to Bandung).

Receptionist were really rude let me waiting for more than 2:30hrs to get my rooms key, because it wasn't ready.

The staff from the restaurant needs to focus more on the customers. When the coffee machine spills over someone should empty the tray and avoid an electric accident. When you open the restaurant the waffle station should be ready for service and not search for power cords after customers ask for waffles. The rooms with 2 bedrooms should have at least more than 1 water glass and a kitchen towel would come in handy.

The location and most of the staff, especially Samuel from Security and Bona from housekeeping. After having misplaced our mobile phone Bona gave it to lost and found whereas Samuel has taken every step to find it, with success. He has given me the impression of a true professional. Well done guys!

There was small weird smell in the kitchen, probably due to the sewage or lack of fresh air.

There was an aweful smell coming from the toulet which affected the entire apartmen. Everytime when we return back into the apartmen, we are always greeted by a bad smell. Either from the toilet or washing machine.

Cleaning needs to be better, especially in shower cabins. Stains on carpets and couch. Toilet papers are not automatically replenished, you have to ask for them.

Facilities start showing their age. Required a bit of maintenance and extra cleaning.

Strategic Location, close to malls and museums. We stayed at apt. with 2 bedrooms. The room is very spacious for a family with 2 kids. A simple kitchen with a dining area is a big plus.
