There were troubles with the TV in the master bedroom. It got possessed and turned off and on. Easy fix, we unplugged it. The bathroom sink didn't drain well. It was annoying but there isn't any place I think I'd rather have stayed.

It was roomy. It felt more comfortable, cleaner and like home than any other places we happened to stay in Indonesia. It was convenient, especially the laundry service and also having a restaurant that tasted good right downstairs. That makes a difference visiting an unfamiliar place. There were ATMs, coffee shops, historic buildings, fancy and not so fancy restaurants nearby. It was close enough to the airport and other places we needed to visit. It felt easy coming back from a long, difficult day, eating in the restaurant, washing up, and resting well. All the clothes folded and ready from the laundry service. Also, having two bathrooms means nobody is fighting. Staff were super professional and friendly. We stayed in total at 4 hotels on this trip for different reasons. This was the absolute best one. P.S. The worst I will say was the Bidikara. Just don't go there if you like being clean.

The rooms/abthroom are clean but just that it is dated/old so the wear and tear shows in everything. the check staff was bit business like/abrupt but the restaurant was amazing. If you don't care about washer/dryer or kitchen there are way better hotels in the same area for lower prices.

Jakarta is huge but Menteng and hotel is quite central. The breakfast is excellent (and was covered in our booking). The gym is very good (didn't get a chance to use the pool). The views are quite decent. Have a washer/dryer (your room is like a studio or 1-bed apt) was very helpful as we were on a long trip. along with an equipped kitchen etc. if you want to heat/bring any food.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were really ok, pretty diverse. The room size was great, it was spacious. It was great to have a big fridge and washer/drier for the clothes. Also, their restaurant has delicious food.

A very corporate feeling hotel, it lacked the liveliness and vibe of an inner city hotel. Had to taxi to most locations in Jakarta. Safe neighbourhood but lacked a bit of vibe

The rooms were massive with all the fixings of a big serviced apartment. The staff were lovely and attentive. The outdoor pool was big, and often quiet. There was an adequate sauna and steam room, as well as a games room including billiards. Very close to Monas but everything else you have to cab too
