The bathroom quite dirty

Smoking in the property, they charge a penalty fee for smoking in the room but besides that you can smoke everywhere. So local guest leave cigarets and dirty ashtrays everywher. But it is comon for people from Sulawesi, but from us Europeans is it incomprehensible to have brakefast in a room where everybody smokes.

Was not clean, also the sheets were so dirty. After complaining they changed it, but it was also dirty. The Pool was closed, but I think if it would be open, I would not tried to swim- looked very dirty… In the night it was so loud, I could not sleep more than one hour, they also started some construction work during night!!! WTf…

The worst was the smell, an unbearable smell to smoke that didn’t go away. Next, the safety, we were sleeping and some people came in the room maybe by mistake but still proves that any guest key can open any room, so useless lock basically. The cleanliness was also terrible, stains and hairs all over the bed, cigarrette burns on the couch, dust everywhere, the shower curtain was filthy, there was mould on the bathroom walls… We specifically asked at the reception about the internet connection because we had to work and without doubting a bit he told us it was very good, but in reality it just didn’t work, and the same morning another woman complained about it, so they lied in our faces. We would recommend to stay away from this place, the day we checked out we found a different place at half the price and triple as clean and friendly.

Not much, we stayed that night because we didn’t have any other option, but we left the next morning as soon as we could, so there are a lot of things that we didn’t get to try, like the pool or the breakfast, so no comment there. All the other comments are sadly negative.

1. Room smells. Windows could not be opened at all. 2. Owner is doing his best to save cost, e.g., no replacement of bath mat which is already very dirty; add too much water to shower gel and it feels like water. 3. very dirty, doubt whether sheet has been replaced at all. The pillow is kinda yellowish while its original color is white. 4. Airconditioner is weak, still hot even when set to 16.celcium degree. Hairdryer is not working as well. 5. wifi is weak and connection is super complicated. Stay away.

The check in process was not great. My reservation was not recorded into the hotel system because the receptionist say that I didn't pay the reservation at the apps, while in the app, the hotel didn't accept payment in advance. It was frustrating situation since if I cancel the reservation, the hotel would charge me for not showing. I was sleep deprived from my flight and just need a smooth check in process. But I did thank Booking.com customer service for handling my situation immediately. The hotel did accommodate me but it was not in the same room as I expected. I was not a smoker but they put me in the smoking room. It was uncomfortable.

I liked the way they handled the parking situation. The parking area was not big but they dedicated one staff to arrange your parking and it did help a lot.
