Very good experience. The hotel is small and nice. The staff are very helpful and make you feel at home. Amel from the breakfast, and Shelly from the front desk plus all the other workers I had contact in those days has all been great. The breakfast is very rich, many varieties of local food as some western, all served in a very delightful esthetic. The room is comfortable, and have all you need. I liked the location, You can walk to Monas, and the other attractions in the surrounding, take about 20 min. The train station of Gondangdia, is 5 min of the hotel and can take u to Kota, or Bogor for example. The big malls plaza and grand Indonesia mall are in a walking distance, and on half way you find many eatery options, street food, and more. Thanks for your hospitality, will be glad to be back.

The room (604) that I stayed in has a serious leak. It was heavy rain in one night, and rainwater can be seen seeping through the wall/concrete roof into the room and creating a water puddle on the floor. I had to move my belongings to the other side to avoid the water.

Breakfast was excellent. simple but satisfying Location: right at the center, close to public bus, MRT, mall, and eateries. convenient to get taxi or e-hailing cars Environment: great vibes at night and secure. Happy to stroll along the road without safety concern

Breakfast ia great, the rooms were stylish and comfy. The bathroom is big, you have everything you need. The location is great to explore the city after a long flight and it is super close to the train station to travel on.

Our room was without a window despite description mentioned a view but pictures did not show it which we realized later. However for sleeping only good anyway.

Breakfest was excelent. On top we got a voucher for a plate which was good enough to a beer on a roof terrace in the evening.

Their slogan is “Redefining 3 stars hotel” and i think they already redefined it. Like i dont even realize it was 3 stars hotel because everything are just 5 stars. The hotel rooms are great, the facilities are great, the hospitality is amazing, the staffs are sooo friendly and nice, the foods are great. Love the fact that we can call for in-room massage service after whole day walking at Thamrin City. Love this hotel so much!

We had ants in our room though Housekeeping quickly sprayed the affected areas and we didn't see them again. Room was a little small and dark for the price but overall still a good quality. No fridge in room

Decent location, a short grab away from the Istiqlal mosque and 25 minutes walk from Monas. There is also a vegan restaurant next door though it wasn't great quality. Staff were always welcoming and helpful. Free juice in the lobby was always refreshing after a long hot walk. Included breakfast was pretty good but did not always have a wealth of veggie options. Booked us a reasonably priced taxi to the airport

Our stay at Erian hotel was very pleasant. The breakfast was great, the staff is nice. We had a complication with our flight and Raiyan was very helpful, so we didn't stay without accommodation (he moved our reservation day). At the front desk Aldi helped us get settled, and was also very helpful and nice. Would totally recommend the hotel, we are definitely returning when arriving back from Bali!

They don't have a fitness center (yet?), and a hair dryer (!?)

Staff, breakfast, room, rooftop, in-room massage. Also, a toothbrush for each of us, it is something that usually only 4-5 star hotels have, and not always. Bravo!

The breakfast what they advertised as European was very poor, no cheese, no ham, poor bread to make toast......as a matter of fact there was no European breakfast at all and when I asked for some cheese they told me the hotel did not have....

The room was ok but poor equipped. No ear buts, no glasses in the bathroom to flush your mouth, only toothpaste and brush. While booking there was room with a bathtub what I asked but there was non in the hotel.
