The location is really really good... Close to the best beach of Bali (because there is a lot to do at night), all shops are in the area and its a really easy stay.

The property needs some TLC and is not what it shows in pictures. The staff are doing the best they can but everything is old and worn out. The bar and restaurant are not operating, the pool is clean (cleaned every day) but is in need of some maintenance. The owners of this property need to spend some money on general upgrades like cleaning curtains and new linen etc. There were no cushions or umbrellas on pool lounges and no pool towels available. It wasn't terrible but definitely not what it looks on website.

The staff were lovely and check in was easy. The location was good lots of cafe's and restaurants close by. It was ok for price but there are a lot of properties around for the same price that are better.

Its very noisy, you can hear your room neighbors as well as people outside in the pool or on the street until late at night. The fridge in the room is also very noisy. The shower didn’t get warm one night and the toilet sometimes doesn’t flush.

The bathroom has a strong chemical odour, we kept the light/fan on in the bathroom throughout our stay to combat this. Room could use a sheer curtain to allow natural light while also giving some privacy.

Bed was quite comfortable. Rooftop is a great spot to relax in.

The property is just 5-6 min walk from beach and the location is quite at night.. Very nice cafés and restaurants around. The room size is bigger than other properties around , plus at such a reasonable price. We stayed for 3 nights and loved the pool and upper deck sitting area.

Maintenance was average. No bottled water in the room. Although we booked a room with breakfast included, they do not provide breakfast.

Good location, not far from Seminyak Square and the markets. Nice pool. Lovely restaurant right across the road.

The bathroom had a lot of flies coming from the drain which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I was only staying 2 night and spent most of my time out at the beach so I got over it but I wouldn’t have liked to stay a week.

The room was beautiful, so spacious and loved the interior. Good location too, not far from the beach.

Regularly no hot/warm water for shower.

Location, swimming pool and staff. Clean rooms that were attended to on a daily basis. Walking distance to the beach. Good local cafes and restaurants and some amazing Tattooists near by. Could also walk to Seminyak Square without taxi.

The bathrooms and hallways were a bit outdated and we had an issue with the toilet filling.

Cold AC, comfy bed, convenient location and friendly staff. The pool was big and had plenty of space to relax. We appreciated having a fridge and a safe in the room.

Pool access rooms need window tint or sheer curtains, if you open the curtain everyone looks in all the rooms no privacy and no hot water

It seems that this was an amazing hotel, it hasn't been renovated for ages which is sad, as it has huge potential

The toilet, I think the toilet/shower were in old conditions and there was cobweb in the shower meaning it was not properly cleaned.
