Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndiaThe place shows just a few km away from the centre but due to the traffic, you'll not get grab in the evening. The food delivery is also a problem as they don't serve dinner in the property. It's best to rent a bike.
The location and property is beautiful, the villa with private pool is clean and extremely comfortable. The staff is very friendly and supportive. They even arranged transport for us.

Really good stay for the value of the money, the private villa was perfect for a Muslim hijabi couple. It’s very very private with very high walls you’ll completely be isolated. The staff are very friendly and helpful

AustraliaOnly downside is there is a chicken coop next to the villa, so you would expect some noise in early morning. Ear plugs are provided.
Villa is spacious, bed is comfy and private pool is heated. If you order breakfast it will deliver to your door. Staffs are very friendly too. Location is great, about 10 minutes drive to Ubud centre, 15 minutes walk to Campuhan Ridge.

Villa was great, clean and very attractive. Staff was very supportive and friendly, we need a bike for rent, they just provide us the key without any formalities in just 15 minutes. Location was little interior from road, but it was just 7-8 minutes away from ubud central by bike. Pool was clean, bathroom was very huge and having big bath tub. You can enjoy whole day on villa if u r going for honeymoon. I would recommend to couples to stay here for peaceful and lovely holiday. Overall great experience....good staff, available 24 hours. For couples who want to spend the peaceful and quality time, this is the one of best villa....i would love to come back here, if i olan to Bali again.

United Arab Emiratesit’s perfect if u r looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in ubud while you will stay the whole day outside doing activities, as there is not enough amenities if u r looking for proper hotel, the price is reasonable, i was concerned about the insects as i know ubud as a tropical place is full of that, but luckily I didn’t experience anything and this is one of the reasons why i picked de metra villa as there was no comment regarding insects. just expect to see a tiny un harmful lizard in the garden
