Lovely stay, very close to the center. Very well maintained, very clean. The garden is absolutely gorgeous. Suntari and his wife are such warm, good, hard working people. Excellent value for money.

Absolutely nothing.

The location was great, just a few minutes walk to nice restaurants and supermarkets, not forgetting some shops for nice shopping ! Very accessible & the owner was super kind & welcoming ! Room was spotless and super clean, bed was so comfortable ! Would 100% come back on our next visit to ubud .

Breakfast was delicious. The hosts are so kind and lovely. The location cannot be beat! Just walking to the main road I stumbled into a great coffee and cocktail place and I can walk to everything I want to do. I feel like I got to experience a little bit of the culture by doing the homestay, but I had privacy and a very comfortable, clean room. I’d definitely stay again!

Absolutely nothing - it was perfect!

The owner goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and memorable. Free yummy breakfast, tea/coffee and smoothie/fruit brought to you every morning which you can enjoy with a lovely view of their small temple. The room was big and the bed was extremely comfortable (one of the best beds I’ve stayed in my 9 months of travelling) and the shower was warm. The location was perfect and it was such good value for money. The hosts are so lovely and are always there for a chat/ to help you with anything during your stay. I would 1000% love to stay here again in the future, I don’t know how anyone couldn’t give this place 5 stars.

The only thing I would have liked is a kettle in the room . Although you do get a choice of coffee or tea in the morning to have with your breakfast. It's a small thing but I just like to make a cup whenever I choose.

The breakfast was amazing. Fresh juice of your choice and an amazing choice of food. All brought to your terrace to enjoy. Owner is a lovely guy who can't do enough for you. Really comfortable room and large bathroom with a lovely hot shower. Good WiFi.

It is definetely not their fault but their neighboors had a rooster wich was quite noisy and sometimes stardted singing even at 3 -4 AM in the morning.

Suntari Homestay is a wonderful place in the center of Ubud, close to all turist attractions. The owners are really warm, they cook delicious breakfast for you everyday and are always ready to help and smile. Their warmth really met our expectations regarding balinese friendliness.

I can not say anything bad about either the property or the hosts. Only good things.

The property was central. It was a typical Indonesian house, having even a temple in the garden, so it was very nice to see how they live. It was also very clean and beautiful, worth staying there. Moreover, the hosts were of an unimaginable hospitality. I never expected to meet such great people. They were open to help us anytime, they were also very open and talkative, as well as welcoming and friendly! The hosts played a big part in the joy of staying at this wonderful hotel.

By far the place in my trip!! The place is beautiful, Very comfortable bed, clean, big room, quiet and yet central location, many good cafes and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is great and the family is absolutely amazing! They take care of everything and they are so nice and friendly. I wish I could stay more but they are always fully booked which I can totally understand.

I really like the location and cleanliness of the room and the surroundings. We stayed during Nyepi, the owner prepared our lunch and dinner (balinese dishes) so we do not have to buy food a day before the silent day. Very accomodating host, they do not ask us to pay for the meals but we insisted anyway. If I will be back at Ubud, I will surely booked at Suntari Homestay again.

Such a great place. Very friendly owner and his family. I’ve never felt loneliness for my solo trip. They always take care of me. They offer various kinds of breakfast and I also really enjoyed for my whole 8 day stay. I’ll definitely come back!!!

Everything. They treat me like their daughter. They help me to rent a scooter and waiting me to work with the rental agency to the end to ensure that evereything is fine. I was greeted by a cake and smoothly. They gave me a traditional clothers and take me to the temple with them. I feel like I am my home.

We were looked after so well at Suntari! The hosts clearly care about making sure their guests enjoy their stay and were so smiley and friendly. Breakfast was amazing value and really delicious with some local dishes to try. The room was spacious and clean.
