Nothing to complain about! All was excellent. Maybe if I were being picky, would say the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain fast enough. But that’s just a minor problem!

Beautifully done up property on Nusa Lembongan- so clean and classy! The owner Made and his family made our stay ultra pleasant by always being so friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange motorbike rental too. The property is really well landscaped, there’s a pool too and overall it feels quite luxurious. Rooms are super clean and elegant- wood flooring, beautifully furnished, and the bathroom is spacious and well appointed as well. Hot water is plentiful, air conditioning and WiFi work well. The location is a bit out of the way from the Main Street and beaches of Nusa Lembongan but a short bike ride away from the action. Breakfast in the morning is a limited menu but is very tasty. Daily housekeeping is excellent. Overall would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay at Nusa Lembongan!

Made and family were so lovely. The villas were simple but beautiful and the garden was incredible, a true labour of love. The property was super clean and very well maintained. Would love to stay here again, best experience in Bali ❤️

Nothing besides the fact that we were not staying longer.

The pictures did not do it justice. From the moment you arrive, the grounds are stunning and exceptionally well maintained. Made, his wife, son and niece were amazing hosts. They were very welcoming and friendly. There was nothing that they were unable to help us with. Made kindly contacted a rental company for us, booked taxi's and also rents scooters. Breakfast at D'Puncak was always delicious and offered the choice of an American breakfast, pancakes, continental and an Indonesian breakfast. The villas were equipped with everything you needed and were very well thought out. The interior was well maintained and also very clean. Each villa has a seating area on the verandah which was lovely to sit at during the day and in the evenings. The pool was very clean and a lovely temperature. There were always sunbeds available and was a peaceful area to relax in. An excellent stay.

Only low for us was the shower, we found it impossible to regulate the temperature (2 options only: skin burning or cold) haha.. But cold was not too bad. I wish we stayed longer

The hotel is so so beautiful, the gardens, the pool, the bungalows, such good taste! Bed is super comfy!! Hosts are absolutely amazing (thanks Made for everything) , made us feel so welcome! We rented a scooter with them to explore the island. Bike was new and working great.We loved the location, not in the middle of the action but still quite close to it (5 min drive) Would definetly stay again and reccommend to anyone.

It is a family run hotel and therefore we just felt like home. We have never felt that welcomed at a hotel. Not only did the owner Made organize several amazing activities for us, he as well as the rest of the family really cared for our well-being. Moreover, the entire hotel complex was very beautiful with an amazing pool and the rooms were super clean. We would really recommend and always come back when being in Nusa Lembongan.

Absolutely beautiful grounds and villas. The lush and healthy plant life and the big pool which was very clean, and sun loungers with umbrellas made it a wonderful stay. The villa was very clean and modern and the bathrooms were also very clean. Would definitely stay again. The owner as well as staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Superb place. The standards of the accommodation has been the best we have experienced in Bali. Garden and pool are amazing but the staff are just exceptional. Madek is a great character and manages the place with his lovely niece Sri. They are very friendly people with great souls. We loved it here. It’s a little bit far out of the hustle and bustle but there is a Warung next door and 3 others restaurants (international) 10 mins walking distance. Madek will rent you a scooter but we have used Setia as driver who is great and very reliable !

You should be aware it is on a hilltop, about 5 mins by scooter away from town or beach, so not walking distance. There is less noise, and less mosquitoes than near the beach, but it is a bit further away…

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa’s were very comfortable, the pool was nice, the garden was beautiful, everything was spotless and super clean. But the nicest thing was the service, the (local) owner and all his staff are incredibly friendly. And as a small bonus, I didn’t see any mosquitoes, and there were quite a few elsewhere on the island

We spent 6 nights (06.07-12.07) at The D’Puncak Villas Lembongan and were more than impressed. One of the best accommodation we‘ve stayed at. The whole area looks beautiful and was designed with great attention to detail. Also the pool was great. The room was very clean and offered enough storage space. Customer service is 10/10. Made and his team are awesome. All of them were great throughout the entire stay and made us feel very comfortable. I can't remember ever being treated so well during holiday. Made is such a cool guy. He always had a smile on his face and asked how we were doing. It didn't feel like strangers from the beginning, more like friends. We were so greatful for this wonderful stay. Made, thank you so much. We really want to come back. You were doing a really great job. Miss you!

To get here from the port, it is necessary to pay for the taxi service which they provide, which is perfect but maybe it should be included in the price of the accommodation, given it is located right in the centre of the island on a hill. The road up to the accommodation is full of potholes, and has clearly not been maintained or resurfaced in a long time (This is not the fault of the owners, but they should probably push their local politicians to invest in the roads in Nusa Lembongan). The owners have done everything to try to provide reliable Wi-FI, but still a couple of times during our stay, it was very slow or not working which is frustrating, but obviously to be expected on an island off Bali. Again, local representatives should try do some more work on this, and make the network more robust. Scooters are an absolute necessity here, so you need to factor in hiring a scooter every day into your overall budget, because you can't really go anywhere or see the island without a scooter.

We stayed 5 nights and really liked this place. From the meticulously maintained garden area and pool to the hospitality of the host family who run this place. Made and his wife are warm and professional. They run a tight operation here, and always want to help if they can. The hut was lovely and clean, with good a/c. The shower and water temperature were always reliable, and you could get it as hot or cold as you like with good pressure. Made collaborates with a neighbour, and provides good scooters for the guests to use to get to the town and around the island. The chill vibe (very quiet at night). The communication from the hosts was good.

All was great! Maybe something to understand when choosing the villa that the name D'Puncak means on the hill. To go somewhere by foot, prepare for decent hike beside narrow road + have headtorch with you for your walk at evening.

Really enjoyable one night stay with our family. Hotel arranged us pick up from the boat. Rooms were very beautiful & clean - garden & pool great. Hotel manager was very helpful and friendly. Hotel organized us also good early breakfast and car ride to next place. One of the best accomodations in our Bali trip. Peaceful location but still close by. One thing to mention - you can see the mountain range of Bali nicely! Close by our small local shops to get some snacks & local restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to come again!

We loved our time here. The villas are lovely and clean, the beds are comfortable and the gardens are beautiful! It's peaceful being away from the main town centre, but still only a short scooter ride to the harbour/beach. The owner, Made, was a great host and only too happy to help with any bookings we needed. Had an amazing stay at D'Puncak! The villa was so spacious, with large & comfy beds. Big thank you to Made & Sri, who ensured that we had a great stay, and organised activities that we wanted to do, such as a tour around Nusa Penida, and swimming with Manta Rays. The breakfast was also delicious!
