I read the reviews about the bathroom being dirty but I didn't find the bathroom dirty and the staff were ready to clean the room whenever you wanted. I didn't like the birds nest in the ceiling of the hallway though & the kitchen area did not inspire me to cook. But.... still I think for the money you pay you cant expect luxury and the size of the room and proximity to the beach far outweighs the downfalls. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

The homestay was in the perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff were really friendly and kind. The room was big and great value for money. I would stay here again. The balcony was big, the beds very comfortable too.

The bathroom needs to be improved, the air vent was full of dust and it smelled of urine. Sheets and towels had many stains.

Be prepared for run down toilets and loud noises from the a/c. However, for the price, I will say it is clean and comfortable.

Pool was great and the beds were OK. Best thing about this place is the location. We could walk everywhere because it's all so nearby. 5 min walk to the beach made our lives so much easier because we didn't have to carry much with us. The staff was extremely nice, always smiling and willing to help us. There is a communal kitchen with hot and cold water.

No one cleaning the rooms ( they cleaned once in 9 days when i asked them), the rooms shall be cleaned if not daily every second day and sheets shall be changed. In cheaper rooms toilets are old tge water pressure is very low. Sometimes cold water only.

The bathroom looked a bit old and in need of a touch-up. Despite this, everything worked perfectly in the bathroom.

The had a lovely stay here over New Years. The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. The location is great - only 400m away from Batu Bolong Beach. There were many nice restaurants within a minute or two from the accommodation. The pool was lovely and had sunlounger fat sacks to relax on. The staff were very helpful - our electricity ran out at 3am after New Years and they were very quick to get it working again.

There was a bit of a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, but I kept the door closed and it was fine. The room was basic but perfect if you are on a budget and want a great location.

The location is amazing (a 4-minute walk from the beach!). The check-in process and staff were great, I arrived late and someone was there to greet me when I arrived. Quiet even though it's located very close to the bust street with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars.

Bathroom (sewage smell, low water pressure) ... Aso the main door did not seem very safe to me (it is more like a balcony door with a lock), also not soundproof.
