Could not fault anything!

Room was clean and comfortable! Exceeding expectations in comparison to the price range! Breakfast every morning was delicious. Citiz & her family were extremely attentive, helping to organise anything we needed. Walking distance from some lovely cafe, restaurants and shops.

Icha was the best. She is very responsive on WhatsApp. She picked me up from Habour and dropped me off on her scooter. She organised my scooter tour with local guy at very reasonable price. I started tour at 6am to avoid crowds and it was best decision. I had whole place to myself at Broken beach, Angels’ Billabong and Kelingking beach which get very crowded after 9am. Icha also did my laundry and clean shoes that got very dirty after exploring the island at very small fee. The room is very basic but clean. It was cheapest accommodation I had 3 weeks in Bali but best hospitality I received. Thank you Icha and her staff.

The only thing was there is 1 small blanket, but we asked for a sheet and Icha was immediately helpful with giving us this!! 😀 So nothing bad at all!!

Easy location to walk from the port, follow the sign through the beautiful palm trees. Icha is incredible and is so helpful, we rented bike here! Breakfast was great each morning, good base for exploring Penida. You can walk to restaurants close by!

Good location, short walking distance for meals and convenience store. The caretaker was delightful and enthusiastic, can assist on many things, such as bike renting, laundry, boat to Sanur, tour ticket, etc.

Citi and her family are so lovely! I had a really great time staying there. The breakfast is yummy and I got to practice my Indonesian with Icha. Citi also came to my rescue one night when there was a spider in my room (I don't like spiders so she was my hero). Would definitely recommend staying at Citi'z if you want a nice big room, the nicest people and good location

Stayed here one night after leaving a noisy hotel. Enjoyed a good night sleep in a clean, quiet room with shower & toilet. In walking distance to Penida Port which is convenient. It is not on the main street. Had to walk through a off-road, dirt path to access property. Was not a problem for us, but could be difficult for those with heavy luggage.

Wow, I was so happy at Citi'z House! I felt super comfortable and looked after. Booked two nights, unfortunately wrong and arrived a day early. No problem at all. Then my ferry didn't sail and I stayed an extra night. No problem at all. I was looked after so lovingly. Almost like a family member! Great, I would stay here again and again! Terima kasih banyak! :)

Needs better directions to the property. Once you find it, it’s easy tho.

The hospitality was second to none. A simple great value option with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Quite personal. Scooter hire with helmets was very convenient.

Nearby mosque, very noisy from very early hours. Around the place is a mess and next to the area they are building. It is what you would expect for the price. Nothing bad at all, just the noise didnt let us sleep properly thats why i would go for 8/10 since we wanted to get a good sleep and continue.

Very Clean, large room with fan, ac and windows, well maintained, large comfortable beds. provides scooter rental, and also helped us with onwards ferry ticket to Gili Islands. Basic bf of Coffee, fruit, toast and egg. Hot water in attached toilet. outdoor seating area and well kept garden. Owners were helpful with anything we needed. water refill

The staff was amazing, really nice and helpful. The breakfast was super good and we organised with them a tour to see the west of the island, and they also arranged for a driver for us to go to the harbour. The room is spacious and clean, with AC, hot shower etc! It can be difficult to find the first time but no worries there is a way to go to the main street within 2min that they will show you.

It's a little tricky to find. Google maps is not accurate and there is no road to get there. You have to go either by scooter or on foot. But, no traffic noise which is great.

Air con could be better and better water pressure from shower would be my only negative feedback but again it did the job.

Icha was the best member of staff I have ever met on a trip! She went above and beyond to help us and give us locations and even teach me to ride a moped for a solid hour until i got the hang of it! Her breakfast banana pancakes were the best! She made our stay the best time and couldn't of asked for any more. Nothing was too much trouble. She arranged all transport and even took 2 suitcases in her moped for us! LEGEND! #NO1SUPERSTAR!! If your looking for a place where you will be looked after and close to the harbour this is the place and you will not be disappointed if you are not too fussy about being in top luxury place! It is a homestay so expect a homestay and a perfect one at that! We will deffo be coming back here when in Nusa Penida!
