Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Singaporebreakfast spread could be better though, in terms of variety and adequacy. Could see the other guests seem to be 'scrambling' for food during breakfast and I thought Citadines could have a better variety for the IDR 144k price tag. Comparatively, Harris Suites which is under the same Group seem to offer better variety for their breakfast buffet.
Good as before. Citadines was my preferred accomodation provider in my earlier years of work travel requirements. Consistent quality as before, if not better. Back to Citadines after a long while, pleasing experience as ever.

CroatiaNeighbours :))) Well, things happen. But even with a case of really loud neighbours, our staff members dealt with the situation fast with delicacy, respecting us and the neighbours and solved the issue with ease. I guess our neighbours were just not aware. If anything, this case shows high effectiveness and service mindset of the staff and I would not consider it as bad thing. We will come again exactly to this hotel when we visit again.
Location was great, staff members amazingly kind and supportive, very nicely equipped with good touch on details, sense of importance and dedication on sustainable way of running the business. It was very nice, clean and neat. I want also to highlight how beautifully service minded people are working there. Thank you Billy and many more people whose name I did not catch! You made our stay memorable and enjoyable with your care and support.

ThailandThis is a hotel of choice when I visit Jakarta either for business or personal purpose. The room has sufficient facility and does offer comfortable stay. It's easy to get taxi (there's a Bluebird stand) but when I order grab or grab food, it seems the entrance confuses many drivers. The location is about 10-15 mins, depending on one's pace, to/from MRT station and big shopping mall (Lotte). The hotel claims it has a shuttle to MRT (but this information is not given upon check-in).
