Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesLighting in the bathroom was poor. Needed to be brighter too be able to see your face for shaving and putting on makeup.

Champlung Mas Hotel is in a great location at a very affordable price. The staff are very attentive and eager to please 🙂 The restaurant serves both local and western food at great prices. There are two pools, one being on the rooftop and both have bars. There is also a day spa on the rooftop.

AustraliaThe rooms are quite dark and there is limited natural light. The TV reception was terrrible and channel choice was below average.
Pools were clean and good size. Location is central and convenient. Breakfast is reasonable - not wonderful but not bad. The rooms are spacious and comfrtable.

AustraliaLacking a few amenities in rooms.Hand towels hooks for clothes etc.Roof top pool need table chairs,umbrellas and a bit of nice folage.Rooms need an upgrade and painting could be done to freshen things up.Need more pool lounges.The smelly stuff that constantly sprays in room is unpleasant.Not sure if l will stay again.Pity,it could be a really great hotel if some money was spent.

AustraliaThe shower in the room was not designed correctly an the water would not run the drain, so you were left with standing in a big puddle of dirty water.. Also the water temperature control was very temperamental.
Pool was nice and the hotel was clean. Buffet breakfast was ok, it was a small buffet breakfast with a medium variety of food. A little more variety would be nice, or a change in options more often.
