Air conditioning unit was too small in the villa and not adequate to cool the room well. I suggest a large unit or a second unit should be installed in bedroom to make your guests more Cooler and comfortable when sleeping.

Clean, spacious, peaceful with an amazing private pool, very helpful and friendly staff. Room service food was delicious and loved the in house cooked breakfast each day. The shuttle service to the shops and markets was very handy also! We really enjoyed our stay thank you.

That there is no TV in the shared living area.

The 5 bedroom villa is spacious and accommodates children well. We had a pool fence added which made the stay with young children a lot less stressful. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

some items we thought could make things better:- bottled water in bathrooms for brushing teeth, cushions for sunlounges (uncomfortable) kitchen's need a good clean (benches are stained) slippery tiles when exiting from pool (could be dangerous and a liability to your business) had to lay towels on floor block out curtains/blinds would be great decking around pool is extremely hot (hotter than the pavers) clothes airer could be useful (drying bather's & towels)

proximity to Eat Street was fantastic spa availability was excellent & easy to access pool was exceptionally clean - always had fresh towels gardens were well maintained great service for airport pick up (car was clean, comfortable, cold drink once collected bedrooms were spacious & clean

The furniture is a bit dated and no real place to lounge. Quite a few of the tiles around the kitchen and pool area broken or chipped.

It would be nice for a detachable/adjustable shower head as it is too near to the wall.

It was a comfortable stay. Villa was huge and nicely equipped with the basic facilities and amenities. Staff were accommodating and friendly as well; they helped to safe-keep our luggages after the check-out time.

Wifi continuously dropped out REALLY slippery when the floor was wet!!!

the bed divan made it hard for my dad, who is a pwd. but we still had a great sleep! also, maybe they can offer other breakfast options. we stayed there for 3 days and the food is the same everyday.

we loved how the villas were laid out, very nice! we liked the pool. my dad, who is a pwd, approves it! we hope the was cleaned everyday though.

Fairly outdated shower and toilet, but otherwise good. Would suggest changing the sliding doors to the bedroom for proper closing doors as the gaps are so big between the doors that all sorts of frogs and lizards etc came into the room which I was scared of.

From the time we stepped out of our car and greeted by the Staff were so welcoming. Nothing was a bother Dewa our Butler gave us a wonderful tour and explained everything to us. The Staff go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of.
