Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location of our villa was really lovely. We looked out over the jungle and a running river below us which was very relaxing and what I was looking for. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were very friendly and attentive and the resort itself was away from the busy street which was a bonus.

Beautiful setting, tucked away from the (good) chaos of Ubud, yet near enough to all restaurants, shops and bars. The staff were lovely. It was a thoroughly relaxing stay.

Very lovely resort, with super friendly staff and beautiful rooms and pool area. 3 course breakfast served and free afternoon too. Main pool area is gorgeous with great service, pretty views into the jungle and happy hour deals. Room was huge with open bathroom. 15min walk to main area of Ubud, so close but peaceful area.

AustraliaThe bathroom was a little odd (being so open) and the toilet and shower door wouldn't stay shut. Rooms are a tad dated but overall we were quite happy with our stay.
The private pool and view of the forest was definitely a highlight! Staff take your order for breakfast the day before, they offer quite a generous breakfast spread, there's also the option for complimentary afternoon tea (coffee/tea and a small sweet.). We'd stay here again, we liked that it was a smaller resort (I believe 23-25 rooms?).

RomaniaThe only thing I say should be done here is to refresh the shower area at the corners, it was the only thing that felt old in the room.
The most amazing hotel we stayed in as we had the river pool villa, with amazing views to the river and jungle. With your own pool and private area, you are alone there with some lizards at night. They have 24/7 reception as we arrived late and checked out early, which we were grateful for that. The room was spacious and clean, water was provided daily for you. For breakfast, you can choose from a set menu and order a day before, they cater any types of breakfasts, including traditional. We also went to a barbecue on the patio where they provided a buffet style balinese meal with traditional dances to view, at an extra cost. I also went to a balinese massage and I cannot recommend it more - full body pampering. It was under 300k idr Also, the staff was very kind to us, always cheerful and smiling.
