Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Property has a very cozy ambience And room and BF was good. Rooms need a little renovation in terms of bath fittings and door handles almirah etc.

Exceptional big and nice swimming pool in the beautiful garden. We were able to make an evening swim because the pool was open until 21h. Very friendly personnel, great buffet.

United KingdomWe stayed our first night in a 3-bed suite which was quite dated. Also the AC had been left on at 10 degrees or lower so it was absolutely freezing. We moved the second day to standard double room and it was much more modern and attractive. On our last night, we ate at El Padrino in the hotel. The food was nice but took a very long time to arrive and even then, each dish arrived separately so we couldn't eat the meal together. Also, 90,000 rupiah for a small bottle of water was far too expensive!
The reception area and facilities are amazing. The pool area and surrounding gardens are superb. The pool was immaculately clean and all the staff were very helpful.

The central location was great for visiting key sights and other main attractions in the city. The decor and vibe is very authentic to the island’s history and the staff were always kind and helpful when asked upon. Great value for money

United Kingdom- Old rooms, don't look closely at things because you might not like what you will discover :/ - Had to wait almost one hour upon check-in because we were given smoking rooms first and then they had to look for different rooms for us. Booking.com.shouldnt advertise this with "non smoking rooms"! Also, it would be helpful if you have to choose what kind of rooms you want - Construction sounds, on the weekends,.in the morning..

SloveniaHotel needs some serious renovation (some ois supposed to be going on wich is good). Mold in bathroom is annoying and doesn’t need so much work or money to be removed. Prices of the food and drinks are higher than in Europe. More than 5 eur for morning coffie (from machine) is alot 😊. No harm if swimming pool would be open later than until 18.00. Just a suggestion.
Location is very good if you are planning to go on Gambir train sation. Staff is very good and very organized. Always doing their best for the guests. 10 points for the staff! Used to be very fancy hotel. Park arround hotel is very nice.

Would be nice to have explanation of the cocktails instead of having to guess the ingredients. Found a dead fly at the bottom of my latte 😬…but the staff very apologetic and gave me money back. Was surprised at the degree of security but understand if it’s necessary Some guys were hacking into the pool but again nothing the hotel can do about it

Hong KongShower fitting in our room was too complicated . The flexible shower head not secure and two valves need control before water is directed to the main head near the ceiling. Poor design. No shower gel in our room. The kettle was in an unsatisfactory position and steam would cause a lot of condensation on glass. Suggest moving it.

AustraliaThe drinks were over the top in price. 900000 rp for a water. Equivalent to nearly $9Aud $20 for a Corona beer, $9 for a Bintang. $9 for a juice. So inconvenient when you just wanted a nice drink around the pool. There was a 15 minute walk to the local millennium mall which had a supermarket. So we bought some drinks from there. It was a bit far from nice shopping malls if you like shopping and other restaurants.
The property had a great pool. Great breakfast. Very clean and comfortable.
