One the second last day our cards had to be reactivate only found this out when we went to enter our rooms after a day out One the second last day having to chase house keeping as we had run out of essential items in our room

Staff so very nice and helpful Breakfast was okay just needed more staff cleaning up the tables and food areas they were so busy and doing the best they could but more staff I am sure would of been a help.

Swimming pool was good. Breakfast was really nice with many options. Gym was good too.

Pool needs a clean, water looks cloudy and tiles are dirty. Also the hot spa and plunge pool very much need cleaning, water looked yellow, but good water temperatures for all pools.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication via Bookings messaging with the hotel before our stay was very poor, even 2 days before and we were fully paid, but our request of room location was fulfilled. Rooms were nice and dark in the mornings too.

There wasnt much by way of sun lounger drinks service. Only one restaurant compared to other resorts (though it was on the beach and lovely in the evening). I'm nitpicking though.

The breakfast was excellent, and very international so we got to try indian and chinese style breakfasts as well as indonesian and western. The beds were huge. The rooms were big. The pool was huge. Great location with lots of cheap and tasty warungs out the back to the left, a few minutes walk away. They had a kids club and gym though we didnt use them. .

Very uncomfortable king size bed. Toilet didn’t flush, reported to hotel, they looked at it but still didn’t work properly.

Good size rooms. Roll away bed was bigger than standard and comfortable for a teenager. Great size pool. Quite resort, with big gardens and relaxing. Daily activities included, such as aqua aerobics, bingo etc. Staff friendly.

Very hard beds Asked for an ashtray never received one. Food and drink prices very expensive

On the beach, beautiful grounds, everything you need is straight out the front door. Pool is amazing

Because there were 6 of us in our group, it was hard to find a table for breakfast if we went after 8:30 am. But it's not a fault of the resort really. Oh the toilet started to stink after a few days use, like a bad water type smell. Not sure why as the bathrooms were cleaned everyday which was great.

Fantastic resort for families! We stayed here for 7 nights, and it was awesome. The pool was great, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect. This was the second time staying here and 4th time to Bali. I highly recommend staying here, especially with families or groups!

Food was often warm to cold when served at breakfast and same for room service meals.

Good location on the beach and nice quiet area. Breakfast had plenty of option and included in the stay. Affordable room service. Pool provides a kid friendly side that is perfect for young families

Minor feedback which did not impact how enjoyable our stay was -Some minor repairs needed to rooms -Kettle in awkward spot -Would be great to have usb charging ports fixed into wall at bedsides as Ive seen in other hotels, removing need to buy adapter -Would love a a couple more options on room service menu Again, minimal feedback that did not impact how much we loved our stay at Bintang Bali Resort

The bed was not comfortable too hard. Staff did assist with a mattress topper, though it didn't help much. Location was a fair way out from shopping, but very close to the airport so that was handy.

The breakfast was great, they have a big variety to choose from. The pool area is BIG lots of room for sitting, an absolutely beautiful pool.

In peak you can hear people in rooms surrounding yours, and the bed is very firm

Bed sheets were damp and smelled like old laundry and were not changed over the course of our stay despite getting our room serviced

Proximity to the beach, spacious, breakfast options, staff members were very friendly.
