Nothing really. It was impeccable.

The place is so comfortable and tranquil that it would instantly blow your mind. The host Rana and his team will always go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as it gets. The staff is extremely polite and is there for all your needs. I had a cut in my toe and everybody at the Hotel instantly turned into first aid experts. From lifting heavy 30 kg bags across the property to ensuring that you get your share of water, the staff goes over and above their scope of duty to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectation. The room sizes are spacious, the Toilets are clean and the staff promptly carries out a regular anti insect repellent treatment in the evening to ensure that the local wildlife causes very little inconvenience to the guests. The pictures don't do justice to just how beautiful the property is. Add to that the people at the reception are the sweetest lot. Special shout out to Dharti for being the ever prompt and kind soul. The SPA treatments are wholesome and I would definitely recommend their famed Bailenese Massage. Since Bali weather could be very unpredictable with rains spoiling your fun, we are so glad that we could have more time to spend at the property to enjoy all that it has. The airport transfers were prompt, effective and Fast and all the major attractions are a 5 to 10 minute drive away. Overall, I would highly recommend the place, where the staff would do every conceivable thing under their power to ensure that you are made to feel at home. One last thing: that private pool is spot on clean. For someone who absolutely dislikes community pool, the pools here are enigmatic!

Everything was perfect!

Best stay ever! Absolutely fabulous! Highly recommended! This was the best accommodation we ever stayed in and we do like to travel! The resort is in a peaceful location, set in the jungle and all you hear is the nearby river, bird songs and crickets. We booked the Romantic Honeymoon Villa, which is gorgeous. You have an entire 2 storey villa with infinity pool, garden, seating area, outdoor bath, all just for yourself. ALL staff (reception, chefs, room attendants, room service staff, spa therapists and Mr Rana, the Director) are incredible! They all are so friendly and polite and made us feel really special! Many thanks to all of them! They are amazing and are doing a brilliant job! Their attention to detail is exceptional! The entire place is spotless clean. The food is absolutely delicious and is served in your villa, by the pool, or on your terrace, whichever you prefer. The fluffy pancakes are a must!!! Thank you to the head chef and to chef Putu, especially. If you reserve the bbq for dinner, you get a private chef who comes and cooks the bbq at your villa. For my wife birthday they organised a delicious birthday cake which was delivered at breakfast! The resort also offers a free shuttle to Ubud centre every day on request. However, if you prefer to walk (1h 15 min to Ubud City centre), there is a footpath through beautiful rice fields, close to the resort. Everything was stunning. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back. Bidadari Private Villas&Resort is a must stay and we highly recommend it! Thank you again to everyone for making us feel so special!

Fantastic experience! Super romantic, private with meals being delivered to your villa. The staff made extra effort with romantic decor. The staff is super friendly and professional. Every member of staff remembered our names. The Director was even there to assist with check-in. The villa provided a private free shuttle to and from Ubud central. Food is super delicious with a big and healthy variety of! Just exquisite!

A bit out of town and need to get down to town for food and drink. However , luckily resort provide free transport to town.

The villas is very classic and close to nature. Enjoy the nature and quiet. Importantly, the staffs are very helpful and friendly and 5 star service.

The bed was quite firm and I didn’t find it comfortable. Shuttle is not offered on departure day, we had a night flight so this was inconvenient.

It was the most beautiful location and the staff were wonderful. The facilities were great like the pool and living area. We had a honeymoon villa and it was our favourite part of our trip to Bali. The location is about 10-15 mins by car from Ubud centre but a complimentary shuttle is offered once per day. The food was lovely and some of the best coffee we had in Bali! Staff went and above and beyond.

Nothing, everything was amazing and worth every penny

The staff were amazing and always willing to help no matter what. The breakfast was delicious and very filling and healthy, there's a great variety too. The villa was very clean and very well maintained, the pool is clean, a bit small compared to other villas we stayed in but does the job and has a great view. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom very spacious. There is a kitchen too but we didn't need it so didn't use it at all.

Just be aware that pool temperature is quite chilly, not like in souther parts of Bali. Driven by overall climate, not a fault of the hotel at all. It's nice to chill during hot day but you won't be staying in the pool for long most likely.

One of the best villas I stayed in. Infinity private pool with jungle view. Service is 10+, food is delicious. I did a mistake and was ordering delivery food to the villa and tryed hotel restaurant only on the last night and it was absolutely delicious! Don't make my mistakes, just order your dinner in the hotel.

I could not stay longer.

This was of the most fantastic places I have ever stayed. The private villa was extraordinary. The decor was stunning…every detail was attended to with great care. The staff were delightful. I walked for miles around the villa feeling very safe and experiencing wonderful sight. I have highly recommended the Bidadari Villa to my friends who desire an outstanding experience well above to normal 4*. The private pool was luscious, the food fantastic , the place was fantastic and will stay in my dreams forever.

Not much as everything was perfect, room has romantic lighting which is nice but my wife would have liked some brighter lights for doing make up but not a big issue at all.

Beautiful villas set in the hills, beautiful infinity pool overlooking greenery. All the staff are polite and absolutely lovely, we are a few meals at the hotel and everything was absolutely delicious!

That I couldn't stay longer.

The pinnacle of luxury in Ubud. When you book a villa you expect a certain level of service and Bididari did not disappoint. The staff went above and beyond to help me book a tour for a solo traveler in Bali which can be a little difficult but not impossible (expect to pay more as tours are billed for two). Room service was prompt, food outstanding, and the price was reasonable (are you worrying about price if you are staying at a villa?) I was on the go quite a bit and booked a spa treatment outside of the spa hours (recommend booking the spa during spa hours for the sounds of the river next to the spa) and they set up the massage in my villa which was incredible. The views are truly spectacular, you are immersed in the jungle. One of the most amazing experiences of my life. The Villa also provides free shuttles to the King's Palace (city center for Ubud) and the shuttle drivers are easily reachable through the hotel for pickup. Wifi is excellent. Rana the manager is exceptional as well.

Incredible villa which was huge, beautifully decorated and clean. The staff were all friendly and attentive, ensuring we didn’t go without! The breakfasts were delicious, and amazing to have this in our villa overlooking the jungle. There are lots of activities available to book and the free taxi to/from Ubud Palace each day at a time of your choosing meant you get a quiet and serene location without feeling cut off from the main town. Thank you to all at Bidadari for a brilliant trip.
