We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIf you want to be away from the tourist area and big hotels, this is the place. A short ride/walk into town- about 2 miles. Staff were kind and appreciative. Grounds were kept very clean. A calm and restful place to unwind.

GermanyIt was quite noisy during the day due to construction, but what can you do. We still managed to take a nap and construction will be finished within the next one or two months, the manager assured me. Only 4 sunbeds and a few chairs at the pool. However, adding more would mean changing the beautiful pool area layout. So it can't really be helped. You need to order breakfast in advance which was not our favourite but also not a big deal.
Great stay at bebek cottages. Beautiful garden, great pool, spacious, clean, comfortable and beautiful bungalows. Not at all downtown area. But we enjoyed the little street. A scooter is very helpful to explore the area more but the beach, shops, laundry, cafes etc is all still walking distance. If you want downtown sanur - this is not it. Which we liked.

Amazing stay at Bebek Cottages. We were delayed with our flight and had the pleasure of staying here. So peaceful, the staff were so kind and helpful. The beds were huge, great pillows. The rooms and bathroom were big yet cosy. Everything so clean. The pool and the gardens were our favourite. We wish we stayed longer.

AustraliaFYI These are very small things and don't take away from the overall experience: - The AC was located far from the bed - it would have been better to have the AC closer to where people slept to keep cool during the night (understand this is probably to do with where the AC ducts need to be placed) - Limited breakfast options for vegans (my partner, who is not vegan, thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast)
Location - super close to the southern end of the Sanur beach / boardwalk area (only a 5 minute walk from the hotel). It's a fantastic walk down the boardwalk to see a lot of the beach (probably the best boardwalk in all of Bali). You are also down the road from one of the main strips / roads where there are more local restaurants and cafes. Staff - everyone is super friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed their hospitality :) Facilities - the garden is well maintained, with nice pool and restaurant onsite as well Room - the mosquito nets were a lifesaver!! The beds were quite comfortable as well, and AC was a bonus. Bathrooms were also clean and well-maintained. We also liked how there was an outdoor table area - great place to start the day with breakfast.

AustraliaThe upstairs bed sheet didn't quite cover the mattress and my daughter got what possibly looked like bed bug bites from the exposed mattress- also mozzies got in bc the bed was so huge that the mozzie tent wasn't a great shape for it. Minor comments compared to the exquisite experience of staying in this accom, and I'd still highly recommend it.
The service and hospitality was amazing, the design of the house, the artworks, it is like staying in a very tasteful museum. Wayan was so helpful and accommodating for us when we had to hang out there in the evening before our plane departure next day.

AustraliaRoom small and bathroom dark. TV positioned awkwardly so can’t be seen by both people lying in bed (room 2). No chairs in room. No hand towels or face washers just a towel - at this price range we expected more. We like walking but it’s at least 1.5 km to main shops & restaurants. Noise from planes can be significant at times.
The gardens are sensational. Staff very friendly. We enjoyed the pool area. Breakfast was sufficient. Bed comfortable and air con worked well. Nice part of Sanur.

Spacious, comfortable and private cottages. Nice pool in a beautiful setting. Lovely gardens. Nice breakfast. Push bike and motorcycle rental not far up the road. A quick $3 Grab ride into Sanur central or an interesting cycle or walk along the esplanade. We liked being out of town a bit. It's a quiet road and area.
