We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel is not as fresh and luxurious as the photos suggest, it could do we some updating in places. It didn’t bother us really but it’s important to say that google states this is a 2 star hotel and not a 4 star hotel. As I say it didn’t matter to us but I think it’s important that people are not misled.
Friendly staff, excellent location, the bar which is attached is fantastic. The bed is very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay!

New ZealandNot any fault of the staff, but the rowdy party of Aussies who took over one of the pools one afternoon making a total nuisance of themselves. Disgusting behavior. The staff were very gracious while this was happening and even cleared the area of beer bottles when they left.
The location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay. Very gracious staff. Short walk to Beachfront Mall, restaurants and beach.

Property was central to everything and the Friday night bbq dinner was so much fun and delicious. Right near a lot of restaurants and 5 min walk to the big shopping mall. The hotel really went above and beyond for my son’s birthday with amazing balloons and decorations.

AustraliaThe sliding glass door in the rooms for both rooms locked but large enough gap for the odd mozzie to get in and the sheer curtain needs a good wash like mould appearance around edges Make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo the body wash/shampoo is an all in one in the shower found it did not lather well ok for body wash no good as shampoo
We were on the 3rd floor top level towards the end overlooking the main pool area. Good location close to most things especially the beach walk shopping centre. Mini marts directly across road. We called reception the 2nd day we were there as no 2nd towel hand towel or body wash in shower was empty they came straight away and filled up the dispenser. Staff were friendly. Could not check in early as they were not ready but was okay they lock up your bags and we went for lunch at the big shopping centre for late lunch and aircon. They say they try to meet requests where possible and luckily enough both our requests of a quiet room and rooms next to each other were possible
