The Bikes to many, shaby walking pavements, the hotel rooms need updating especially in the bathroom, l had black worms in the shower area were l had to washed them down the the shower plug hole yuk!

The pool area, Breakfast area, staff were friendly, it was walking distance to most amenities, Beach was lovely.

The hotel is not as fresh and luxurious as the photos suggest, it could do we some updating in places. It didn’t bother us really but it’s important to say that google states this is a 2 star hotel and not a 4 star hotel. As I say it didn’t matter to us but I think it’s important that people are not misled.

Friendly staff, excellent location, the bar which is attached is fantastic. The bed is very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay!

the maintenance could be kept up a little better, air conditioners leaking, door scanners flat ect but in saying that, as soon as we pointed it out they fixed it straight away

Main pool had odd umbrellas other pool had none ! Disappointing! I had a pool access room it was a waste of extra money had no sun at anytime to enjoy the accessibility! Waste of extra cash ! My Room also wasn’t as good as some of the others that my friends had ! We a were a group of 11 all had own rooms !

You couldn't book anything to your room. You had to pay for things at the pool or restaurant or room which was a bit annoying at times.

The outside doesnt present well, the rooms and facilities are old but kept well and very clean, the pools and garden were excellent.

Good breakfast buffet but a little confusing as you have to pay extra for coffee and eggs. Swim up bar was nice.

Not any fault of the staff, but the rowdy party of Aussies who took over one of the pools one afternoon making a total nuisance of themselves. Disgusting behavior. The staff were very gracious while this was happening and even cleared the area of beer bottles when they left.

I like the swim up room with swim up bar at rear of property. Also the location which is right in the heart of poppies lane. Barber shop eats and pubs right here

Shower was mouldy and sometimes smelly.

Property was central to everything and the Friday night bbq dinner was so much fun and delicious. Right near a lot of restaurants and 5 min walk to the big shopping mall. The hotel really went above and beyond for my son’s birthday with amazing balloons and decorations.

The sliding glass door in the rooms for both rooms locked but large enough gap for the odd mozzie to get in and the sheer curtain needs a good wash like mould appearance around edges Make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo the body wash/shampoo is an all in one in the shower found it did not lather well ok for body wash no good as shampoo

We were on the 3rd floor top level towards the end overlooking the main pool area. Good location close to most things especially the beach walk shopping centre. Mini marts directly across road. We called reception the 2nd day we were there as no 2nd towel hand towel or body wash in shower was empty they came straight away and filled up the dispenser. Staff were friendly. Could not check in early as they were not ready but was okay they lock up your bags and we went for lunch at the big shopping centre for late lunch and aircon. They say they try to meet requests where possible and luckily enough both our requests of a quiet room and rooms next to each other were possible
