Didn’t get greeting on arrival and reception was ok. restaurant needs improving got given the wrong tab once and breakfast was average .We were down stairs in our room but heard a lot of people and banging from upstairs rooms. Very noisy. Could give a bit more tea and coffee in rooms.

Room were big but needed a better air con.great view.no flannels in the room but was nice.great golf and caddies staff were very nice.

The golf course is amazing, except for the putting greens, they are not to standard given the fee to play is rather expensive

STAYING AND PLAYING GOLF WITHOUT ANY TRAVELING EACH DAY

This was a repeat visit (4th) to stay and play golf. the current improvements being made will enhance the customers stay even more.

Some niggling issues but once reported they were resolved efficiently. Breakfast was repetitive for 4 consecutive days.

Location was amazing. Very scenic surrounding. A beautiful valley with lovely hills all around you. Night sky we saw many constellations and our Milky Way.

I felt the activities were a bit lacking. Especially for family members who don’t play golf. The golf pro shop is very poorly stocked. Considering it is a golf resort I would have expected more products from the golf shop.

The location is awesome. The golf course is great. The patio restaurant setting is great.

We were not informed before arrival that the spa and Japanese restaurant were unavailable so we had to find somewhere else to get a massage. There were very few healthy vegetarian options on the menu. The driver they got to take us into town overcharged us. Getting to the restaurant was tricky with a disability so I avoided it after the first day and ordered room service. If a lift is not possible, perhaps another small, more accessible dining area could be created? It really is a spectacular place to dine.

The fresh fruit I had for breakfast was delicious. The staff were lovely, the grounds were impeccably landscaped and the atmosphere was so peaceful. The room was lovely and well appointed. We loved the soups and the coffees. The location is superb as it’s quiet but still close to gorgeous attractions. We adopted a tree so we will be back to see it again!! 😍😍

Our room wasn't the most private. Could hear everything next door. The view from our verandah was a road - it could have been a splendid outlook over the mountains, gardens and course had the architect tried a little harder.

a large closed area where you cannot walk unless you play golf; you can walk after 5 p.m., but by 6 p.m. it’s already dark; tennis is also not included in the price and must be paid separately; breakfast for 4 minus, you won’t leave hungry but it won’t be super tasty either

Great place,very cosy atmoshphere,friedly staff,we took 1 hour free lesson of golf,it was very interesting experience,defenetly will visit again.

1. Some guests let their children yell in the restaurant without stopping them. 2. Some guests video chatted loudly at night. 3. Ants work very hard. If the food is not placed properly, the food will be occupied by ants (such as my donuts...) 4. We should stay longer.

1. The environment around the resort is beautiful and peaceful. 2. The resort is very considerate and uses a dehumidifier to reduce the humidity in the room. 3. Breakfast is rich and delicious. 4. The resort is far from the main road and very quiet at night. 5. We slept tight without an air conditioner and we love it. 6. Handara Golf & Resort Bali is the place where I slept the best and felt the most comfortable during this trip.

- Didn't like the food - No AC in the room. It would be fine if there was a ceiling fan at least. But we only had a small table fan, which was insufficient at times.

- The location was amazing. - I got good value for the money spent.

The food at the main restaurant could be of a higher standard and focus on lovely local produce from the Bedugal area. The caged rabbits at the playgound could be better cared for and have a much cleaner enclosure.

Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and in good condition with nice views over the golf course. My child enjoyed the playground.

The resort is dated, there is no aircon on the property. The property has a lot of flies.
