There was no fan it was too hot.please fix fan or air condition.

Our room wasn't the most private. Could hear everything next door. The view from our verandah was a road - it could have been a splendid outlook over the mountains, gardens and course had the architect tried a little harder.

a large closed area where you cannot walk unless you play golf; you can walk after 5 p.m., but by 6 p.m. it’s already dark; tennis is also not included in the price and must be paid separately; breakfast for 4 minus, you won’t leave hungry but it won’t be super tasty either

1. Some guests let their children yell in the restaurant without stopping them. 2. Some guests video chatted loudly at night. 3. Ants work very hard. If the food is not placed properly, the food will be occupied by ants (such as my donuts...) 4. We should stay longer.

1. The environment around the resort is beautiful and peaceful. 2. The resort is very considerate and uses a dehumidifier to reduce the humidity in the room. 3. Breakfast is rich and delicious. 4. The resort is far from the main road and very quiet at night. 5. We slept tight without an air conditioner and we love it. 6. Handara Golf & Resort Bali is the place where I slept the best and felt the most comfortable during this trip.

- Didn't like the food - No AC in the room. It would be fine if there was a ceiling fan at least. But we only had a small table fan, which was insufficient at times.

- The location was amazing. - I got good value for the money spent.

The food at the main restaurant could be of a higher standard and focus on lovely local produce from the Bedugal area. The caged rabbits at the playgound could be better cared for and have a much cleaner enclosure.

Staff were very friendly. The room was clean and in good condition with nice views over the golf course. My child enjoyed the playground.

We waited for our room to be prepared for almost two hours in a lobby, although we came right to check-in time (14:00). Our neighbors were a very loud, big russian company, which woke at 7 am and started drinking at that time already. It’s not the thing that you want to wake up by. Especially taking in the fact that my home is at war because of them

Apart from the Handara Gate there is not much around the location and you need a scooter or car to get to other sights.

The food in the restaurant was not value for money. It was over priced and really not the quality you'd expect from a resort like this.

Breakfast lacks sufficient veggie options. They need to have a golf specific concierge. I have stayed there twice and both times, on enquiring about green fees and booking etc, I was told to check online. After all a golf resort should be maximizing on utilization and, if possible, encourage in-house guests with a discount on fees.
