Villa was really big plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. Maids were lovely came in every morning and cooked breakfast in the villa. Garden and pool was very big compared to a lot of the villa we looked at. Highly recommend

The roads outside the villa where chaos but so was everywhere in Seminyak

The villa is amazing and the staff were superb nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Lotus and Comel who made our stay so comfortable and were great fun. They cooked us breakfast every morning and also cooked us an evening meal that was superb the best meal we had in Seminyak. Well done Dyana Villas.

Nothing not to like.

It was spacious, clean and authentic Bali decor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Well situated between the main shopping street and the Beach. The pool was great and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.

We made a last minute booking as the property we originally booked with told us our villa is not available the minute we turned up there. Dyana villa accommodated us. Picked up key from security who couldn't do enough for us. Super greatful. The room was gorgeous, as was the bathroom and of course the pool was amazing. We were lucky to view the fireworks from the beach which made for a spectacular photo! Staff incredibly friendly and helpful with good English. Perfect location, little mart with drinks and snacks almost at doorstep. Short walk to the beach and main streets with restaurants and bars galore and high end shops too plus the usual 'Bali' shops. You will not regret your stay.

Great location, clean and well kept villa. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was well cooked every morning. The room was closed off with good working air-conditioning, so mosquitoes weren't an issue (there really weren't many mosquitoes in July when we stayed). There was minimal noise during our stay besides a party at a near by venue on Friday evening. They were done by 10pm so it didn't bother us. We will definitely stay here again.

Only minor change would be a suggestion to mix up the breakfast. Maybe alternate - French toast, sausages, hard boiled eggs, waffles etc Other than that it was simply wonderful!

Everything! Literally so beautiful. As good as the pictures if not better. Each air conditioned room had its own ensuite with a lovely deep bath and big mirrors. The open living area is so spacious and accomodating and we could watch the kids in the pool from there. Note: the third bedroom is separate and next to the pool - so another couple or family could be in there. I loved how you enter your own Villa through lockable gates and it’s lovely and open but so private from the outside. The little lane way to get to the Villa is off the Main Street but you don’t hear any of the noise. I never felt unsafe going down that lane way. You are equally in the middle from the beach or the shopping. So either way it is a solid 7min walk but there’s lots of little Bali shops and coffee shops either way. Laundry right across the street. So many restaurants and bars within 3-5min walking distance - so easy. Lovely massage ladies came to us - wonderful! Just remember to specify to reception if you want the mask or waxing. Honestly, the beautiful welcoming staff and lovely ladies who cook our breakfast are just wonderful. They are the best!!!! Fresh water filter, ice in freezer - everything thought of! Brekky was delicious. Thank you! Pool kept cleaned and topped up every morning! So tidy! Loved every minute! Not one single issue or complaint. Loved it!

The location is ideal, out of the chaos but central enough to walk to the beach and square. The villas are spacious and catered to all our needs. The staff are friendly and always happy to help.

Amazing Villa, beautiful rooms, outside area and pool. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms had mosquito nets on the bed which were great, bed was comfortable. Loved the aesthentic of the outdoor bathroom. There was filtered water, a mini bar and everything you needed to cook(if you chose too) The staff also sang happy birthday and gave us a cake. Made us feel very special. Location was good, as to be expected, it was down a small side street but a short walk to the mart and main Street.

We liked it all but the shower was in need of some attention. We didn't mention it at the time because it didn't really matter, but someone may complain so it might be a good idea to look at it. The bed was firm which is actually to some people's taste but we prefer a softer bed. There was a very noisy party one night and sounded like it was right in our bedroom so soundproofing could be better. The security dealt with it and offered us to move to another villa. Very helpful and kind! The party people did turn down their music which was greatly appreciated.

We arrived at 10pm and were met by a wonderful driver and taken the short drive to Seminyak. The security team met us and checked us in, even whipping up a delicious watermelon juice for us. The location is amazing, just off one of the main Seminyak streets but still tucked away in quiet spot. After 15 visits to Bali I can finally say I have found a villa resort I would return to. The pool and grounds were well tended. There was a pair of comfy pool lounges and plenty of undercover area for eating etc.

From arrival to departure we couldn't have been happier. The villa was private and so clean. Daily the villa was cleaned by the lovely Sukkma and the garden and pool attended and cleaned every morning by Wayan. They always came to the villa with a friendly smile and happy to chat. All the staff at Dyana Villas were so professional at all times. The Wifi was always good and the AC kept the bedroom lovely and cool. There was security at the entrance even though Bali is exceptionally safe and they phoned you if a driver came to collect you. Within a 5 minute walk there we supermarkets and every variety of restaurants. The beach was a 10 minute walk. The people of Bali make the destination even more special. We are looking forward to our next visit and would definitely recommend Dyana Villas.

Sun loungers and parasol showing signs of damage from normal wear and tear. On arrival I had to wipe down one of the lounger cushions because it was a bit dirty. This did not retract from the room being great value for money.

Met our expectations. Quiet and private but still close enough to the beach and places in Seminyak. Great space, basic self catering facilities, private pool.

My only complain is the air con in the rooms needs to be replaced . Not working well air con not cold enough. Not sure about the other villas, we were in Villa number 3.

My family enjoyed our stay at the villa very much. Though the villa is somewhat old it is well maintained. What we like best is the size of the villa. It’s very big and beautiful.
