The location is ideal, out of the chaos but central enough to walk to the beach and square. The villas are spacious and catered to all our needs. The staff are friendly and always happy to help.

Amazing Villa, beautiful rooms, outside area and pool. Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms had mosquito nets on the bed which were great, bed was comfortable. Loved the aesthentic of the outdoor bathroom. There was filtered water, a mini bar and everything you needed to cook(if you chose too) The staff also sang happy birthday and gave us a cake. Made us feel very special. Location was good, as to be expected, it was down a small side street but a short walk to the mart and main Street.

We liked it all but the shower was in need of some attention. We didn't mention it at the time because it didn't really matter, but someone may complain so it might be a good idea to look at it. The bed was firm which is actually to some people's taste but we prefer a softer bed. There was a very noisy party one night and sounded like it was right in our bedroom so soundproofing could be better. The security dealt with it and offered us to move to another villa. Very helpful and kind! The party people did turn down their music which was greatly appreciated.

We arrived at 10pm and were met by a wonderful driver and taken the short drive to Seminyak. The security team met us and checked us in, even whipping up a delicious watermelon juice for us. The location is amazing, just off one of the main Seminyak streets but still tucked away in quiet spot. After 15 visits to Bali I can finally say I have found a villa resort I would return to. The pool and grounds were well tended. There was a pair of comfy pool lounges and plenty of undercover area for eating etc.

From arrival to departure we couldn't have been happier. The villa was private and so clean. Daily the villa was cleaned by the lovely Sukkma and the garden and pool attended and cleaned every morning by Wayan. They always came to the villa with a friendly smile and happy to chat. All the staff at Dyana Villas were so professional at all times. The Wifi was always good and the AC kept the bedroom lovely and cool. There was security at the entrance even though Bali is exceptionally safe and they phoned you if a driver came to collect you. Within a 5 minute walk there we supermarkets and every variety of restaurants. The beach was a 10 minute walk. The people of Bali make the destination even more special. We are looking forward to our next visit and would definitely recommend Dyana Villas.

Sun loungers and parasol showing signs of damage from normal wear and tear. On arrival I had to wipe down one of the lounger cushions because it was a bit dirty. This did not retract from the room being great value for money.

Met our expectations. Quiet and private but still close enough to the beach and places in Seminyak. Great space, basic self catering facilities, private pool.

My only complain is the air con in the rooms needs to be replaced . Not working well air con not cold enough. Not sure about the other villas, we were in Villa number 3.

My family enjoyed our stay at the villa very much. Though the villa is somewhat old it is well maintained. What we like best is the size of the villa. It’s very big and beautiful.

We were booked to stay 4 nights as we were unsure what we were getting. We soon changed that 4 days to 2 more weeks. The location was just perfect weather you had a scooter or walked. Clean, great staff.

These villas are great. The location is fantastic. Very close to the beach and main shopping streets and Bintang Supermarket. It has a basic kitchen but enough if you want to cook. We didn't. The pool area is nice with plants and grass and the villas are Balinese style. Maybe a little older than the more modern villa's but that's what we liked about it. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment. Security guards and staff were all lovely. Air con in bedroom only and fans in living. Indoor/outdoor bathroom which is lovely. Great water pressure. Nice and spacious we were very happy. We did look to stay a week somewhere different but for the price and location we decided Dyana ticked all the boxes. We hired a scooter from dodo which was very good and great price. Also got free ride to the airport.

The beds weren’t very comfortable, but we were so tired every day that we slept well anyway.

The villa was huge! We chose the 3 bedroom deluxe villa and really loved it. The pool was stunning and the living areas were perfect for a big group of people.

Loved this villa, decent size with awesome outdoor living area and pool. The staff were super friendly, it’s got a great selection of books for lazy afternoons and it’s in a good location - quiet but a short walk to the main street with shops and restaurants. We got a last minute deal so felt it was value for money.

Stayed in a two bed villa which had an amazing large and spotlessly clean pool, bed was super comfy with great air con, kitchen well supplied, bathrooms with all facilities required and an additional abundance of living space also. Staff super friendly from security (which made the place feel very secure), cleaners/gardeners/pool maintenance staff who did a great job daily and reception staff who always offered a warm welcome and smile. The location was great as in the heart of Seminyak with great bars and restaurants very close by. The price was also on point. In short nothing to fault and everything to praise! I had a wonderful trip (even ended up extending because I enjoyed it so much). Would therefore come back again, in fact will look forward to and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you team at Dyanna villas!!!!!

These villas are quite old but exceptionally well maintained and renovated. Everything looks and feels almost like new. Being old also means they are much more spacious than newer, modern villas. The one-bedroom villa we had was huge for just two people. The pool is a real pool suitable for swimming, not just a plunge pool like in some other (new) villas. I love the open Balinese style of the living room, too. The bathroom is large and semi-outdoor with plants for extra tropical feeling. The location is very good too, centrally located in Seminyak and just a 10 minute walk from the beach. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. A gardener came every day to clean the pool and garden. I will definitely stay there again :)

Beautiful spacious villa right in the heart of Seminyak. Everything was perfect, from the pool to the comfortable bed and the staff. The maids were so lovely and the breakfast delicious. Highly recommend the pancakes . They even brought me a birthday cake :)
