There was nothing we didn’t like. We would stay there again

Was happy with the location. Very quiet, close to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly.

All good, except there was some construction going on next to room. Just request when booking, away from construction. It wasn’t too bad though, as it was Galunan so workers left early.

Location - nice to be off from.the main roads, very peaceful. Settings - the hotel feels like an oasis, very relaxing. Pool - lovely relaxing pool with swim up bar. Staff were all amazing, very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The pool steps need a bit of maintenance.

Lovely gardens and a quiet location away from the busy streets. Our Villa room was very comfortable and clean and serviced everyday. We were able to book the room for 1/2 day rate until 6 pm as we were on a late flight out. It was very relaxing by the pool . Very close to the beach and shopping.

The standard room we had for the first night was quite small, not very clean in the bathroom.

Everything was what we expected of 3 star hotel. The breakfast was fine. Not extensive but it was what we expected. The location was good. Maybe 5 min walk to the beach. It was down a few quiet dark streets so would have been a bit scared at night if by myself. Generally there were enough deck chairs around the pool. Pool was lovely and clean but a bits of tiles missing and things like that. Things like that don’t bother us. Rooms were clean.

The tap water smelt like sewerage, and the sheets and towels were stained. It was pretty confronting after landing late at night and we were so close to cancelling and moving the next morning but were won over by the convenience and location. The breakfast options are limited but it's to be expected for a 3 star hotel. Though our stay was okay, we won't be returning.

The location is great, short walk to Seminyak beach and shops/restaurants. There is also a convenience store round the corner. It's reasonably priced for the location.

The disgusting toilet seat needs to go to the bin, very stained and old, filthy looking, could not clean it. The towels are well past there use time, stained and raggy. The pool times say 10 to 10 but people in the pool well before this, particularly when u are having breakfast and people walking in dressed for the pool, staff should enforce the policy, Reserving of the limited pool side loungers is very unfair to other guests. While we were there a large family placed towels on the majority of beds leaving no option for others to use the facilities. Management need to look at pool rules

The room was not particularly clean and there were issues with drainage and the a/c. Basin and shower took forever to drain and the a/c worked intermittently. Night time entertainment could be heard from the room

Very nice traditional style Bali accommodation, very close to the shops and restaurants and close enough to the beach. The room was adjacent to the pool.

Good location, not far from the beach and restaurants and bars of Seminyak. Rooms are arranged around a courtyard and are in a Bali traditional style which is nice.

Staff were amazing and always very helpful. We stayed in a villa which was perfect. A few electric issues but nothing that wasn’t sorted very quickly for us. Pool swim up bar great as are the cocktails.

The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest. They needed a bit of a renovation. Otherwise the room was great!

The pool was lovely. Perfect place to relax. The location is a 5 minute walk from the beach, which was perfect. It’s a nice and quite spot in Seminyak

We wanted to be close to the airport on our last day and this was a peaceful oasis away from all the noise. Lovely staff.
