We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeClealiness of the flooring of shower room / toilet can be improved further. No shower gel. There was hand tower in toilet but not toilet paper. I requested and they helped to get one roll for use.
Before I came, I was already much impressed with spontaneity in response and trip recommendations from the team for liveaboard booking and overland tours at reasonable price tag. The location is at the heart of the busiest street in Labuan Bajo, thus convenience is unquestionable. The hostel provided clean bed, magnetic card for ample luggage storage (thumbs up for this facility), refillable drinking water without additional charge (2nd thumbs up), unlimited coffee or tea in the morning (3rd thumbs up). It could be much noises till late from the street but this was not a disturbance to me. One would enjoy close-up experience of the Labuan Bajo street bustling activities while relaxing body after hectic day trip. Good to mention. The stuff here were very helpful. They had the alacrity to assist upon asks.

FranceThe hostel is super well located in town, makes it really easy to go to the port or the diving agencies. The dorm is confortable, it has 8 beds and it was quiet, the beds are confortable and the curtains are really good to keep privacy, you also have a locker to storage your stuff. The showers are cleaned frequently, there is a balcony to enjoy the sunset in the evening. Most importantly, the staff is super helpful and nice. I struggled to find a spot on a 2 days cruise and they were very helpful in giving me the contacts of different agencies even before I arrived to the hostel.

My only complaint is that I was a bit cold at night as we only got a thin sheet and the aircon was very strong. Everything else was great though and would stay again.

Very quiet hostel located on the main road, so great to walk anywhere. The staff was very friendly and weren’t pushing as I’ve had in other hostels, even though I stayed in bed till right before the checkout time. The beds are very comfortable and nice privacy curtains.
