I really enjoyed the breakfast, the cleanliness of the facilities and how helpful the staff was. I also like that this hotel is on a smaller size. I feel safer not being in a larger hotel with many people around. It also allows for the staff to be extra attractive.

United StatesSurely this will be fixed soon, but heads up for anyone arriving, as of May '24, the hotel does not appear on Grab so you'll want to use Gojek.
Really nice, new hotel in a good location for sight seeing. Reza and Fattah were both very helpful from check in to check out, and were able to provide good info about the area throughout my stay. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was solid. Free DIY laundry facilities. Didn't have time to check out the pool or gym, the pool looked nice but could be crowded in the afternoons.

Firstly the staff were amazing, all friendly and welcoming. Could easily communicate in English with them.they were so helpful to me and the kids. I loved the pool, which we spent many hours in, booked both the table tennis and tennis. we stayed at 3 hotels while visiting Jakarta. This place was unbeatable by far. Resturant was all value for money, fine dining dinners at its best with great service from the staff! Breakfast had a good selection in the buffet. We loved the egg station! I will 100 per cent be back in the future. I feel so refreshed from this experience as a holiday should be!

Great luxury stay in jakarta, near MRT stop, clean and good facilities. Enjoyed the tennis court and the swimming pool (although it is more of a dip swimming pool than swimming pool). Ate at teh resturant which was nice and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We got upgraded as I realised I booked a room without a window - however we got upgraded go a smoking room which did smell a bit but we quickly got over it

IrelandSwimming pool is pretty small, very busy at times and more of a children's paddling pool but was still good to cool down in. Breakfast could be improved by ensuring items are replenished more frequently.
Really nice hotel. Just opened so everything is clean and nice. Completed to a very high standard and is very nicely finished. Room very comfortable. Friendly staff. Good facilities. The laundry room is great - with 2 washing machines and 1 drier open 24 hours.

GermanyThe pool shown on the pictures looks great due to the mirror in the background which makes it looks double size. In fact its supposed to call kids pool. The breakfast has a significant lack of organization and job assignment, the buffets is not refilled unless you insist on it. The restaurant looks to be operated by somebody else as the restaurant consumption cannot be put on the room. For beer they offer 'one pint' whereby they serve just 0.3l. When asking to serve the quantity mentioned on the menu I got stupid excuses explanation only(This is Indonesian pint you have to understand that's different)
It is a brand new nicely furnished hotel. Therefore the condition is excellent at this point of time. the room rates were good value for money as it was an opening offer! The location is good and easy to reach.

SwitzerlandSince it’s a new hotel, the price per night was lower than the normal price they most likely will introduce in the future. We payed 56 euro per night including breakfast. We stayed 3 nights. The breakfast was one of the worst experiences we had travelling through Indonesia. The racks have been empty, the cups have been missing, the refill of food didn’t work at all! Even by asking to get the empty bread basket refilled or the plates with fruits loaded again, it seemed to be a problem. The management of the hotel passed by as well to get a picture on the situation. But since this “drama” repeated itself everyday, no matter which time you went for breakfast, it seems that the hotel is not so keen on doing different. All in all very sad, a good start in the day which brings a smile and good spirit to its visitors could be archived so easily. This bad experience drags down the whole experience. The pictures of the pool are taking from a genius :-)! It looks big, long and good for some laps in the water. Through the mirrors, wide angle and some other tricks it looks bigger than it is. Reality is different - the area for laps is to narrow and used as an entrance to the pool. No big swimming possible, but nice for kids.
It’s quite a new hotel. It’s located in a not to busy side lane. Since most people use Taxis to get around Jakarta it’s a good location to stay. The stuff has been wonderful and very helpful. It was the last stop on our honeymoon in Indonesia, bevor returning back to Europe. The hotel surprised us with a lovely little cake and congratulated us :). It was clean and the interior looks nice.
