Amazing people, great room and pool. Food downstairs was delicious. Good location, near lots of eateries and the beach. Awesome art. And I recommend the spa/massages. Trisna was fantastic.

Location is very nearby to culinary and shopping mal, easy access to other areas such as kuta, gianyar, ubud & seminyak. Place very closeby the sanur beach nice to view sunset or sunrise.

The rooms on the 2nd floor are very noisy as the restaurant is directly below and the main road outside can be quite noisy. It can be noisy from 6am. It didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay however next time I would like a room on a higher floor where is can be a bit quieter. There wasn’t any late check out available which was a shame however the hotel let me keep the room until 1pm which was great.

Great Location only a few minutes walk from the beach. Rooftop pool is great and the rooftop bar was also fantastic! Breakfast there was a great selection. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Greeted with a welcome drink on arrival which was nice. Overall a very nice hotel.

Location is superb. The hotel is modern, clean and the rooms are comfortable. Stayed here for 4 days my room was near the lobby was kept awake at night because of people speaking loud in the lobby but next day I was moved to a garden side room and it was quite really appreciate the staff help with that. Nice pool but not much sun terrace space can fit around 18 people at the time so you need to be lucky to have a sun bed available.

A really cool hotel in the heart of Sanur. We loved how central and connected this hotel was: minutes away from the Sanur beach and adjoining boulevard. The rooms are clean and enormous; the breakfast spread is varied and delicious, and the rooftop pool is simply icing on the cake! Recommend this place highly

Our room was on ground floor which had its conveniences but a bit noisy early morning when staff were setting up for breakfast. Bed extremely firm. Still comfortable.

The pool lacks a shower. What is there is in the spa and therefore cannot be used spontaneously. The soundproofing of the rooms facing the main street should be improved.

Glad to end my trip to this hotel. Located near sanur beach. Need to walk a little to go to the beach with less boats and more space ( located after Pizzaria) Many restaurants around the hotel Breakfast is a buffet with many choices (western / Indonesian) The room is clean and spacious. Free bottle of water and coffee in the room each day Wifi is good Friendly and helpful staff The swimming pool and the bar at the roof top are great after a day at the beach

Everthing was perfect!

We stayed 4 nights with our 3yo kid. The room was on the 3rd floor with a balcony with a nice view. The staff was really nice and kind. The swimming pool was very nice with a great view, they have towels available for you. The included breakfast is worth, it is buffet and they have so many different options (balinese and western) and everything was very good. The food for lunch/dinner was also really good, we loved their beef rendang and ate it like 3-4 times (it is quite spicy but we loved it). Our kid mainly ate western food, like pizzas, fish fingers (it was holidays, that was ok...). We had all our meals there as the price-quality was really good. The room was cleaned everyday. It is 3min walk to the beach, but we still walked a bit (5-10min) to the beach in front of Puri satrian restaurant, which had more space, less people and less boats. The water here is warm, in contrary to the Uluwatu side. Perfect place for families. The hotel works as a small gallery, it is has very nice paintings and the design is really interesting as well. Very nice place to stay with a fair price, I would stay again!

Nothing it was all good

During our stay in Indonesia we stayed twice. The first time we had a room with a balcony and a super nice few of Gunung Agung. The second time no balcony and the view of a concrete wall. We really enjoyed our stay at Art Hotel Sanur especially our small kids, it was our favourite hotel in Indonesia. + Rooftop swimming pool + Rooms super clean and comfortable + Good aircon + Great breakfast

Healthier options for breakfast, e.g. rice porridge, oats and quinoa with stewed fruit, nuts and yoghurt would be a welcome addition to the commercial cereals and breads available.

The artwork and links to the sanur kite festival were brilliant. Loved reading about the artists and appreciating the architecture of the hotel. Loved the outdoor/indoor eating terraces, comfy beds and room service menu.

Lack of shade areas at the pool. More towels at the pool. No seats on balcony in the room.

Great breakfast Room comfortable good use of space. Needs more clothes hangers. Pool area very good for afternoon swims picking up the sea breezes but does need a bit more shading. The staff really made the stay so so good.
