Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesWe arrived quite late in the afternoon on our first day in Bali, but were accommodated warmly and well by the staff. They were friendly and brought us to our room personally. The room we got was spacious and clean, and offered a quiet view of their pool area and a clear view of the sky above. We liked that we were close to and can quickly access the common rooftop area, where we enjoyed a calming morning over coffee the next day. The exterior and interiors of the place were well-designed, incorporating the use of local materials, as well as employing natural cross-ventilation methods throughout. We liked our stay very much. It was just right for the two us.

Please also improve the staff works! The reception respons very slow when we are check in /check out. May be because they still newbie. United StatesThe staff insisted multiple times that I provide a WhatsApp number during check-in, but I don't use that app, and they said they have no access to Booking.com chat messages (the owners are off-site). Despite asking for a quiet room, they put us in one of the worst rooms near the lift and stairs, and it ended up being one of the noisiest hotel experiences I've had. No soundproofing apparently, we woke up from children jumping and running around upstairs multiple times, which seems a common issue with Indonesian hotels and guests. The staff and other guests also passed by our door morning and night making noise, all of which we could hear quite clearly. The housekeeping staff seemed to purposefully make loud noises and slammed doors next to us several times in the morning too, perhaps trying to push us to hurry up and check-out. There is apparently breakfast available, but nobody told us about it. Also, tons of motorbikes parked downstairs and no security guards or staff helping with parking issues. Like some other properties in the country, they seem to think having a cute design is all that's needed, and customer service and courtesy is simply not part of the equation. The shower head was also broken and fell off from the wall several times, apparently nobody has cared enough to fix it, which seems to represent the careless management.
The property is pretty new, and the design is clever with very efficient use of space and a modern vibe. It looks cute and modern all around, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were well designed. The WiFi also worked well, and used a basic password system which is hard to find these days.

AustraliaThe location is not great. It is out of the way from tourist destinations and most food outlets. The road leading to the hotel is filled with potholes and worse, not lighted at night, which makes it arguably dangerous to walk at night. This place is perhaps suitable for those who have business at Denpasar but not great for tourists. Each trip out of the hotel will require the need of a Grab car or something similar. The rooms could also do with an electric kettle and hair dryer.
The place is clean and neat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up to the kind staff members who answered our questions and tried to help us during our trip.
