The room was a bit dark. There were lots of little lights but nothing that lit properly for packing. The shower drain was slow and so the bathroom floor flooded.

The staff! All staff were smiling, accommodating, and helpful! Anja Jimbaran is exceptional - location, facilities, and perks (breakfast, food, massage, and airport service)! Great location near the beach - close to all the beachside restaurants. Lovely pool. Reception staff were very helpful. We stayed there for our last night in Bali and it was very quick and cheap to get to the airport with their car service. Great value for money - we got upgraded to a poolside room which was amazing!

The pool was nice, however it was in shadow a lot of time. At the same time there is not enough shadow outside the pool. Nevertheless I do recommend the hotel.

The hotel is located close from the beach. The swimming pool is longue and nice. We booked a family room for 4 people which was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is also enjoyable and served in a nice large open room.

I was upgraded to premium room, it has the layout that the side wall has outside AC machines and I could hear vibration of them during the night even when my AC is off, which made sleep less comfortable. I stayed previous time in a deluxe room and it was more comfortable in this respect. They should change the laundry service or detergent as linen smells too strong.

Not the most interesting neighbourhood, but grab is cheap.

One of my prefered hotels for a relaxing stay just after or before a flight to Bali. Not the most interesting neighbourhood, but a very clean, big modern hotel with big rooms great for packing before a flight. And a nice swimming pool. I had some miscalculation with a connection flight, but the staff offered me a quick ride with the hotel car to the airport, so that I managed to get my connecting flight, that was a great, quick and trip saving move from them.

Good location for travel. The SPA was good. Forgot a wallet and hotel employees reminded before boarding the plane.

Nothing wrong with the hotel but the beach nearby is lined with plastic rubbish and dead fish. This was a really depressing sight. I saw people suntanning on deckchairs among the heaps of plastic trash, I don't get it. The town is also full of rubbish in the streers. I would avoid this area in Bali (Jimbaran, Kuta) altogether.

We stayed one day before leaving Bali as it was near the airport and it was very good. We had a room by the pool, two single beds (but they were big enough for two people to share) The swimming pool is quite long and it was empty in the morning, so we had a good swim there. Breakfast was very good too (apart from the usual rice/pancakes there is also a buffet). The hotel is a few minutes on foot from the beach where there are seafood restaurants (although tasty, I had second thoughts about this seafood the next day, when I saw the beach). Not very far from the town centre either.
