Swimming pool area is a bit dated / tired. The rooms are being updated gradually and hopefully this gets extended to the other areas. Clean and tidy just a little dated.

Convenient for spa, multiple great restaurants, golf, cycling, beach, running, walking, etc. The breakfast is great and some fantastic options for dinner. For a couple it is a more relaxed experience than the other option on-site (Casia) & less pricey than the Banyan Tree which are both part of the same extended property. Staff are superb & friendly / helpful.

Family room was spacious with a beach outlook, buffet breakfast had a good choice of food and an excellent buffet BBQ dinner. Large swimming pool and a peaceful beach.

A bit old - they shld invest into renovating the rooms. Also the family suite is just one floor with 2 rooms & the size was smaller than expected. Pictures are misleading with 2 floors shown.

Dated property that could use some reno. Property is shared with Banyan Tree resort & Cassia. So there are big pools and several restaurants to eat from.

Unfortunately, there was no small market in the resort itself to stock up on things (water/snacks). So you have to rely on the restaurant and bar at the hotel prices This is a point that cannot be blamed on the resort, but should not go unmentioned. Due to its proximity to Singapore, many ships are moored in the roadstead. This is partly noticeable when swimming (although there is no rubbish here, but occasionally there are small items in the water), but more so on the more secluded stretches of beach, which are not cleaned daily. Environmental sins!

The resort has a large beach, but is very secluded. The staff is pleasantly courteous and the breakfast is very good. The evening menu is well laid out but sufficient, but the prices are reasonable by Asian standards. The rooms lived up to expectations and were spacious. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Was low season so maybe have a staff more often at the pool would have been good and the price of the food is on the high side.

We had the family suite, the kids loved it and it was very convenient. All The staff was very really nice We really enjoyed our stay!

The location is very quiet and very near to the ferry terminal. They allowed us to check in early and check out late according to our ferry schedule. Five star service. The staff are very polite and helpful. I couldn't ask for more.

The room didn’t seem very clean and it was dusty. The ceiling fans were blowing a lot of dust about the room. The surfaces were dusty and not clean. The doors that open to the pool should have ability To lock outside as it’s convenient when leaving the room. Overall service in the main lotus cafe was good staff were very attentive and helpful. Staff in the beach restaurant were not very attentive and had to keep running back to the bar located at vista to Get stuff. We travelled with our young family, things like high chairs for kids and plastic kids knives and forks were frustrating to keep Asking for. Staff can see your carrying a baby and offering such should be automatic after many days of staying at the hotel. Vista staff were even worse, service was not acceptable over there, all the lights were on but nobody was in it seems. The thing we couldn’t understand was the owners of the hotel group clearly own hotels to make money, but the beach bar staff would pass u a menu then forget about taking your order, it was not busy literally few people drinking at the bar. Xana beach bar food and menu was limited and just not very good. After 5 days we almost felt like not eating as we were bored with the menu. Drinks in resort were very expensive. Breakfast in lotus was good and staff were friendly.

The place looks old and worn out , needs an upgrade and a thorough deep clean. We stayed in the island suite and 3 of us got rashes all over our body from the dustmites . Our eldest daughter has eczema and it made it flare up and she spent her holiday covered in rashes, with an unbearable itch.The air con in our living room did not work..they managed to temporarily fix it 4 times . The bathroom has mold and the bathtub is chipped. The floor was not cleaned properly , it was really grimy. The lift was not working the 3 days we were there. They did give us another room and they did do a deep clean so our second night was not spent scratching . But this bathroom also.had mold and a chipped bathtub.... The room had a balcony/courtyard with a jacuzzi.... the outside area looks like it has not been cleaned ,ever. There were broken tiles in the grass etc... Definitely not worth the price. We have stayed in much cheaper establishments that dont call themselves 5 star, which take better care maintaining their property and the cleanliness of their rooms.

Everyone working there is super helpful and go out of their way to try and help you. Very nice to kids as well. Food is great. Beach is very well maintained and beautiful .

The place overall definitely needs an upgrade. Facilities were old, lift not working and lawns not maintained properly. Limited breakfast items and staff too slow to cater to any request. And the food and drinks were too expensive. Overall, not value for money 😞

A Private Clean Beach to relax. The dinner by the beach is also good. Staff was welcoming.
