Nice place but I think they should pay more attention to cleanliness especially the beds and bath towels And there should be more variety in breakfast.

our toilet needed repair but was attended to as soon as we mentioned it

The location was fantastic, whilst only walking this was right in the middle of everything but far enough back from the street to not hear the beep beep and loud noises. The charater of the very traditional Balinese place was great and room was perfect for 3 people in single very comfortable beds, the staff were very helpfull. The aircon was the best. the included breakfast was just basic but the paid breakfast $5.80AUD was fantastic

You’re right in the centre of Seminyak yet tucked away in a quiet Bali style setting with a nice pool at its centre. Have stayed here 3 times now and look forward to another stay in the future.

Go Jek didn’t know this hotel! It always went to the next hotel.

Located in central Upper Seminyak, it was a good area to find what we needed and there were transport options elsewhere. We liked that the hotel met our needs as an older couple. They provided extra towels as mats where we thought that we may slip. The tiles were great in the balcony as they had non sip material between them. The pool area was delightful. The gardener knew how to keep this property immaculate. We asked for mosquito nets and were given them, we get bitten a lot in Bali so that was great. Thankyou. It was good to see the manager in the morning. She always greeted us and asked us how we were.

Breakfast is simple but it does the job

I went for a quiet few days before I started backpacking and it was the perfect place to reset. You are in the middle of a busy road but once you enter the hotel, it is an oasis

room i was given was in the corner facing (balcony and window) to ugly broken wall and background which was horrible as I was out of the room most of the I managed it I had asked them to change but they couldn't give me better room due to full occupancy. I did not like the room

Most of the buildings need renovation. They are rundown & need repairs. Some villas do not have a proper shower, & much too difficult for some guests to climb into the shower/bath. The sunroom by the pool was full of mattresses.

The breakfasts are very simple with limited variety, but good. The staff are friendly & helpful. The gardens are lovely, & well looked after.

the safe in the room didn't work, this was changed, which was great, then the second safe had a flat battery and then could not be opened, it was resolved by giving us a key, which is not the greatest option, but it worked They could also maybe put mosquito coils in the seating area outside your room, we could not utilise this space, because of the mosquitos, we could have gone a bought some coils ourselves, this would have been nice, other location we stayed at did this every night, which was great. the room did not have convenient power points, to charge the phones/ use the kettle we had to unplug the bedside light

It’s an older resort but really comfortable, the main light in the room didn’t work but all the others did. The coffee with breakfast wasn’t to my liking, maybe a basic instant Nescafé or similar would be better, just a couple of really small complaints, it was great value in a great location.

Breakfast was basic but good for what we paid. The pool was big with plenty of shelter. The gardens were very nice too and the staff always had a smile for you. Big bedroom and bathroom and great hot water pressure too, also a big bath.
