Perfectly located in Ubud, everything is in walking distance. The pool area ist beautiful and the staff very attentive and helpful. The room is clean, spacy and nicely furnited. Highly recommend!!

It did not feel clean, especially the sheets and towels and there was no hand soap. With some small changes could be perfect!

The bathroom could be cleaner and feel a bit left behind compared to the quality of the bedroom No parking at the hotel or very near if you need to park

The bedroom was great and big enough, with a nice terrace too. The bed is nice, but maybe a bit to high to reach if you're small :D The pool seem nice but we didnt have the time to try it

The bath didn’t drain and was quite grubby. The shower pressure was also not good and the ‘hot’ water was either cold or mildly lukewarm.

Great location, off the Main Street of ubud but still close enough to all the fun, while being quiet enough to relax. The pool was lovely and the staff were really friendly. The room was big with great air con and we had room service breakfast which was pretty novel for us.

There are lots of gaps around the doors and windows and some of the lines could use a refresh (looked worn out). The bathrooms were my least favorite, need some updating, everything worked properly but it didn’t feel clean, maybe because it’s old.

Alam Terrace Cottages are in a good location, easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Quiet location was nice. The property is a beautiful unique set up with a beautiful pool. The rooms are large with a nice balcony. AC worked perfectly. The furniture and wood work in the rooms and around the property is beautiful, full of local charm! The staff were so friendly and very helpful! They made the stay pleasant!!

Beds weren’t very comfortable.

Great location, near to a lot of restaurants and shops and not too far from monkey forest & the palace. Amazing staff. Always friendly and happy to help you with anything. The pool is really nice, our room was right in front of the pool which made things really easy with small children. The room was decent with good air con.

Nothing really. It was just a little inconvenient to bring luggage 🧳 up and down the alley because no car could get through. And the property is built on a hill so there are lots of stairs. But if you aren’t in a wheelchair and are reasonably fit it should be no problem.

Great quiet location with a lovely swimming pool that I used a lot for cooling off after a long hot day of walking or touring. Staff deliver breakfast every morning to your room ! The staff and very friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and twin beds are queen beds . So for a family of 3 it’s perfect . The staff were really helpful and polite . Over all good stay . They took care of our lugguage since the moment we arrived.

The bathroom is humid but not sure if there is anything that can be done sur to the weather we had during our stay.

The hotel is really well located: near the principal avenue but still very calm because situated on a very small Street. The staff is really nice.

Stairs

Nice green lush outlook from the rooms and good sized balcony and very spacious and clean rooms … close to walk to the monkey forest and also to Main Street shopping in opposite direction. Pool was great. Please be aware there is a steepish short walk down to the property from the road and a car cannot go down there as it’s closed off and there are a lot of steps from reception down to the pool and then more steps up to accommodation wing. This maybe a concern to people with health, knee conditions but otherwise fantastic value for money.

Car has to stop on main road and than you need to pass by narrow pedestial alley Its quite dark and not really wellcoming for first time. Once you accomadate and during day light its OK Room lighting is little bit outdated,weak yellow light not ideal for reading
