    “The property was in a good location and the staff allowed us to rent a moped which opened up the whole area. The staff were really great and even organised a taxi to our next place of travel. The hotel had a lovely pool, me and my partner enjoyed several evenings of relaxation there with a Bintang or two.”

    “The welcome when we arrived. The lady who was managing the homestay sorted us out with a rental scooter and had advice about where to go. The staff were friendly. The information sheets in the room were helpful. We had breakfast at the homestay, which was good. The room was a really good size with a fridge and a lovely balcony. The bed was really comfortable. There was free hot and cold water in the dining area. The pool was a really good size for swimming. The gardens were beautiful and very peaceful. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to the beach, but far enough away to be quiet.”

    “This is simply a scam! Avoid Reddoorz at all costs!!.. We are not allowed to stay despite paying in advanced. There is a sign on the door saying 'Not accepting guests from any booking application'. I had to find other accommodation. They advertised without agreement with the owner. Their customer service only has automated response. No receptionist at all, the Homestay is not even qualified for anyone to stay, extermely dirty and not prepared. Even the rooms are not locked. The neighbours told me that many tourists suffered similar fates and there have been many cases with Reddoorz booking elsewhere. This is truly unacceptable.”
