There was no handsoap, only soap was in the shower. Bunk beds felt flimsy and squeaky. If your a big man maybe you shouldn’t sleep on top bed.

Few things to point and most issues can be avoided if you discuss them previously with the staff. 1) Soundproof is a problem (avoiding having a room facing the main street will help); 2) Bathroom (of private room) had a very distinct smell; 3) Kitchen utensils missing when we were there (might have been due to the presence of a large group);

The location of the Hostel is perfect! Located in the center close to one of the main squares. It has all the amenities in the vicinity (small markets, coffee shops, restaurants and bars). It allows for a swift commute as the bus stop to the airport is within a 5 min walk from the hostel and at a similar distance from the metro and main tram lines. The building is quite nice and the experience could not be better. The staff is amazing, very polite and always available to help. The hostel has a shared kitchen well equipped for the preparation and storage of your meals. There is plenty space to work and the quality of the wi-fi is pretty reasonable. The hostel has a 24/7 reception which makes your life easy if you are arriving/leaving either early in the morning as it was our case. It has its own bar and provides breakfast for a reasonable price. The hostel provides luggage storage (also quite helpful - not sure if for free as we didn't need it). The hostel has also a couple of elevators that might be useful in the case of people with limited mobility or if you're staying in the upper floors or have heavy luggage. Regarding the room there is not much to say, it is a rather big room, with AC system and a small private bathroom. The only inconvenient during our stay is the soundproof of the room that wasn't perfect, still we were lucky as our room was facing the courtyard (avoiding all the noise from the Main Street - which might be a problem). In addition, the bathroom had a very distinct smell (really bad), the only way to solve it was by keeping the door closed otherwise it would infest the rest of the room. To summarise, and despite some of the issues here reported our stay was really pleasant. The quality/cost relationship is really good and we will definitely stay here again!

Dryer could be set to run a bit longer, clothes were slightly damp still afterwards.

Location was perfect, in the middle of everything and a short walk from the station directly from the airport. Common area was very nice and check in was easy. Room was nice, locker is spacious and I like the charging table near the bed. Staff were lovely.

Great location. The hostel itself huge building more in hotel style. on the entrance floor you have a reception and a large lobby/ common area incl. a kitchen and laundry and chill area and side bar ( never seen there more then 3 people) . Overall nice place to stay

Bed was the worst ever, planks were too far apart and I was afraid I would fall from the top bunk. Street was quite loud (Fri-Sat so makes sense lol). With a bed upgrade this would be one of the best hostels I‘ve ever visited and I‘ve visited MANY.

Effortless check-in and check-out. Amazing spaces, has everything a traveller would need. Very nice staff. Felt secure. Good common kitchen. Tidy. Probably the cleanest hostel I‘ve ever visited.

The hostel is located on a very noisy street. The WiFi didn’t work in our room, so we needed to go to the door and stand there for some time to have internet connection.

Having to put the linens (sheet, pillowcase, duvet cover) on and remove for checkout was mildly annoying. I understand how it makes things run smoothly, but at 4am it was inconvenient.

Everything was good. It was clean, fairly quiet, good location. The rooms and other spaces were light and airy. I was only there one night with an early flight, so I did not use many of the amenities such as kitchen or common space.

There was a bad smell on the corridors and in the room. When I booked the room it showed with normal windows, but I received one at the mansard, so the windows were on the ceiling, therefore not much you can see outside. When opening the windows the room would get the fresh air, but after closing them, the smell would come back... very unpleasant. The walls after extremely thin, you could hear absolutely everything the others were doing, and considering they were screaming and talking all night long, I had a hard time sleeping and woke up at 3AM both nights. And overall, the look of the room was... not sure how to put it, old, used, scratched door and stained linoleum. The mattress was definitely the cheapest and some of the woods that the mattress stays on were missing, so you could feel some wholes while lying in bed.

I loved the location, you're in the middle of the city with so many things close by, especially the Gozsdu Passage. The staff was very nice. The room was big and clean, the bathroom was clean, had soap, shower gel and hair drier, plenty of toilet paper, 2 big towels. I liked that it has ATM, vending machine and coffee machine in the hallway. They also offer baggage storage after check out, or the option to extend the hour of the check out for some fee.

It was a very loud place. The people from the next room were listening and singing the music at 7am and the noise cancelling was awful.

The hostel is located at the city centre and it's very easy to get anywhere from it. The room and the bathroom were clean. The staff was very nice also.

1- no soup to wash hands in toilets in the room so you need to use that one in shower soup , as other people write in there reviews , I tell the reception they said we can't do anything

1- location is in the center of center 2-a lot of restaurant cafes and bars nearby all services you looking is around you from supermarkets, restaurants and activities 3- metro and buses few minutes walking 4- stuff is kind and friendly

The hostel is very big and has many guests and unfortunately not all of them are nice and respectful. During practically the entire night, screams and people running through the corridor could be heard.

The position is excellent, close to almost all tourist attractions and very easy to reach (the bus stop from/to the airport is 5 min from/to the hostel). Staff is very kind and cordial. And the common area is huuuge!

I stayed in a private room, and it was clean, but from the bathroom came a horrible drain smell. Then we figured out that the whole Hostel stinkt.

The location is perfectly central close to the centre as there are shops, bars and restaurants everywhere you could need.

The noise. It is a very big hostel so people can be really loud and wake you up middle of the night.
