View was not nice and it looked old

For the price we paid it was really good. Bathroom was nice and clean with nice shower. There was one towel for each of us and one extra in bathroom. Beds were good, there is a really small TV.

Not so clean, not so nice, it is good for spend 1-2 nights.

It is in the city centre in a nice location, everything is near. The lady at the reception was very nice with us. Good for 1-2 nights if you are exploring the city.

Building is a little old and can use some renovations. Walls are thin and you can hear sounds from hallway and other rooms.

Location, many cafes and restaurants near by. Room was big and spacious.

My stay was in march. I had a feeling that heating is not working at all. Lady from FO gave me extra covers, it helps a little bit but still was cold, I come back home sick.

We asked for an extra bed and we got confirmation from the hotel that its possible, but when we got there, there was no bed and 3 people had to sleep in 1 bed

We stayed 2 nights in the weekend. -Although it says that they provide towels, we didn’t get any because -as the receptionist said - “all of the towels were placed in the other rooms, or they were dirty, but they will get some in the evening”, when we got back from our night out, the night receptionist gave us one small towel, which was the only one he had (he was a pretty nice guy though). -In the first morning there wasn’t hot water in the shower, we showered with cold water, but until the evening they fixed the problem (or they just have a boiler too small). -The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbours. -And the last thing, it states that they have parking for a fee. They didn’t respond for my messages in the Booking app so I called them on the phone, and they said that they can’t provide a parking spot in the garage on weekend days, and on working days it costs 6000 HUF for a day. So we had to search for another parking garage.

Good location and price. Pretty clean room. Night reception. Elevator.

CHECK IN!!! It is shame Booking aloud check in at 15.00.. We arrived at 14.00(not 8.00 am) and girl refused us very rude not wanting even to speak.. just cold.. Chek in starts 15.00.. Well maybe Booking will alloud also to move to 17.00 so we stay few hours only. THAT IS TOTALY UNRESPECT.. I didnt notice while booking it.. would never book other way.. Breacfast is very poor.. which is also shame.. Not bad but very poor.. In global quite good place,owners making it not to get good rewievs because of totaly abnormal things like these 2.... But my opinion is also that Booking should not accept places like this on them platform,where check in is after 13.00 maksimum..

The room was so cold, In the room was no stuff like glasses, we got only one small towel. During the night we were disturbed by the loughter guests.

The value for the money was just fantastic! The place is easily accessible by metro or tram. The staff were helpful and spoke fluent English. The room was very spatious.

It is realy modest accommodation - there weren't no glasses for water, window by the bed couldn't be opened and it was sealed with duct tape with some holes so we need to use AC to heat the room. There were no doors on closets - not biggy but worth of mentioning. Maybe this was the case only with our room - just don't expect too much.

We liked the fact that the hotel is in the city center so you do not have to waste your time on transportation. Bed was comfortable also, we had very nice sleep (all of those who travel a lot knows how important good bed is).

The morning receptionist had low temper when i was asking for info. She looked cute and quite character but she was geting upset very easily when i didn't understand what she was talking about. Not professional at all. Also bad English accent that's why it was difficult some times to fully understand her. The rest of the staff were great especially the evening receptionist so friendly and always smiling and be helpful.

There are unsolved problems at the bathroom and with the heating. We stayed one night in november and faced the same problems the flood in the shower and it was very cold in the rooms.

The hotel is well located in Budapesta.
