The shower is a bad design. It’s on the wrong wall and water hits the shower curtain. You can’t turn the shower towards you so you have to stand between the wall and the shower curtain and it’s a narrow bath.

Its location, it was located right on the basilica Square and within walking distance of all the attractions and museums. We love walking so we walked everywhere.

Certain small things like the floor was a bit dirty , no wardrobe to store however there was a chest of drawers. In the bathroom water wasn’t going, little things .

A very warm and helpful at the reception. Really guided us well . Centrally located,you could see the st.stephans cathedral right out of your window. Nice big room , very near to public transport !

The shower is not really comfortable, especially to wash the hair. But that is not too bad.

The location is amazing. It‘s in middle of the center. And we had a great view of the St. Stephen‘s Basilica

Central location. 10 minutes walk to Danube River and 15 minutes walk to Jewish Quarter. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops around. Requested for 2 pillow each and it was granted. The bed and bedding was soft and comfortable.

The bed was a bit noisy when turning over, like a metal clanging sound. There was also no plug for the bath, and there was no shower curtain or guard so it was a little difficult to shower without getting water all over the floor. The windows don’t fully keep out the street noise but that is to be expected for the location and didn’t bother us much being deep sleepers, but take ear plugs for undisturbed sleep or the basilica bells will get you up at 6am 😄!

We stayed in the panorama suite which had the most breathtaking view! The bed was comfy and the bathroom very spacious. Excellent value for money overall. Check in after hours was very clearly instructed and easy.

There was no coffee machine in the room - we had to go to a kitchenette in the common parts to make our morning coffee which was a big negative and made the hotel feel like more of a hostel. The room would benefit from a chest of drawers for storage and some kind of shower screen or curtain. Also some privacy net curtains at the window for when the blinds are open.

The location was excellent - we were so close to everything we wanted to see and do. We also had fabulous views of the basilica from our room. The decor was fun, the complimentary toiletries smelled great and the bed was very comfy. Also the hotel staff were really friendly and so accommodating.

Location was amazing and super central. İn my opinion You don t need taxi fir arrive to the hotel from airport. We came for valantine s day so the crew preper a suprise for us on our room and they were friendly

I think I was simply not lucky with choosing the date. It was impossible to sleep, first because of the popularity of the street at night, then one of the hotel guests was making noise in the lobby area between 3 to 4am (right in front of my door), and then at 7am workers started demantling the wooden houses of the Christmas market just under my window, so I couldn't sleep. But at least I was allowed to check out one hour later.

As we were warned about the noise when booking it wasn’t so bad and we are both deep sleepers so was manageable but worth mentioning for other guests that there is thudding type club music until around 12/1AM each day. The only thing that we marked this hotel down for was the bed, it is absolutely rock solid and we were waking with aches each morning from that and the 1 thin pillow per person.

The location is the strongest selling point for this hotel, it was up there with the most convenient holiday location I’ve ever had! Staff were super friendly and room was always cleaned each day even though we left later in the morning. It was SO warm in the hotel, it was welcome after the temperature outside in December!

There is no breakfast facility in this hotel. One needs to go out, which can be great, but the popular breakfast locations had long rows outside, with waiting times up to an hour. The hotel could have warned for this.

Room with a view at the Basilika, and the square with the Christmas market. The room was large and had three windows in different directions, at the corner of the building.

We arrived late and could not get in the hotel. It was really a last minute arrangement so we were stuck without the language and possibility of contacting the hotel. Luckily there were three young ladies/angels who helped us. They were in the square coming back from a Halloween party and so so helpful even till we got entrance to the room!

Nice and clean. Good bed and bedding. I liked the writing on the wall and the choice of decor. Also the eco conscious bits in bathroom I liked. Good to have the common space with books. Unfortunately we just needed a place to sleep so our stay was very short. Friendly and very helpful young lady at the reception. She helped with making phone call to our shuttle bus driver!
