Loved the room and the pool/sauna. Very clean and comfortable. It was also close proximity to the metro, which was just as well as it was quite a distance from the centre.

Wellness facilities were top notch. Really liked the washing machine. About a 1/2 hour walk to everything or 3 min walk to trams next to the market (clean and has a zangosh stall). Staff were very polite and helpefull. Great sized apartment. Really enjoyed our stay.

Everything. It was a home away from home. Staff were all friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. Location is near the metro and groceries like aldi and lidl. Thank you everyone for welcoming us. Special mention to Sophie who gave a stuff toy to my daughter whose name is also Sophie. It was a very kind and sweet gesture. We'd definitely come back and stay again in this hotel.

Next time I would prefer a view of the garden at the back rather than the front/road. But there was a park over the road so it wasn't a bad view. We did have a bit of noise from the people above one of the 6 nights but when we complained to the reception staff it was soon quiet again.

We loved the apartment as it was spacious, modern, very clean and had everything we wanted. There was plenty of room for 5 people and it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The staff were friendly and efficient - we arrived at midnight so it was good to have the 24 hour reception. The pool/jacuzzi/gym were great - just right for us. The sauna was on the cool side but that didn't matter when it was 30 degrees outside. There was also a delightful garden/terrace. The air conditioning (which we only used at night) was quiet and adjustable.

I liked everything. The only suggestion I would recommend to make it perfect was to include breakfast in the price of stay - paying extra for that is wierd for a 4 star hotel. Plus the price of breakfast itself was over priced.

The location was perfect, close to Nyugati Pal. Metro and station. Aldi supermarket was right behind the corner. Property was quiet, perfect for family.

Air con not that powerful. Otherwise everything was great.

Comfortable beds and spotless room. Useful to have a fridge, especially in the extreme heat when we visited. The pool area was clean and refreshing after a day exploring! Staff very friendly and helpful. Metro station 10minute walk away, which takes about 15minutes to get into city. Aldi around the corner!

Quiet location near the city center. During the weekend, parking on the street in front of the hotel is for free. Friendly and well managed staff. Nice small gym with enough of the equipment for decent workout, there is a sauna and a jacuzzi. The swimming pool was just a pleasure to swim in. All of these are located in one place so you can go swimming or use the sauna right from the gym. There are lockers, showers, toilets so you don't have to leave the wellness area for hours. They even provide a towel for you. Breakfast was delicious with a vatiety of foods.

- they can only heat or cool in the hotel and it takes days to change it, in 25 degrees the hotel was still in heat mode, so we ended up in a 28 degree room

Everything was great. We booked a room without a terasse, would have been better with one, but still our stay was very good.

The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were extra comfortable. All staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi was very pleasant. The garden was so very calm and nice.
