Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The perfect location, in walking distance to all attractions. Peter the host was so friendly and on check in, he took time to explain how to get to all attractions and where they are located and gave us tips on the best places to eat and drink. Cash on arrival worked really well. Peter quickly attended to anything we needed and gave us souvenirs on check out. Such a lovely host! Would definitely recommend staying.

Extremely nice apartment. Fully corresponds to all photos and descriptions. Location 5 minutes from the metro station and in the very center. Nearby are cafes, shops and all main streets. The apartment has everything you need and even more. There are bars on the street, but it is quiet. I would like to express my special gratitude to the owner Peter. An extremely pleasant person. All the time before moving in, he was in constant contact and promptly answered all questions. We were checked in ahead of schedule, for which special thanks. Peter gave us a short tour of the city. There is also a brochure in the apartment with all the necessary information about the city and places. It is extremely rare to meet such a pleasant and diligent owner. In general, if you are looking for a place to stay, only here. Thanks a lot.

The apartment was gorgeous and very clean. Had all the facilities you could need. It was in walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to see/do. It’s very near the nightlife and was a little noisy at the weekend but not that it would stop you sleeping. The hosts could not have been anymore helpful and generous. They genuinely went over and above to make our stay amazing. Would highly recommend.
