It would be of help to have some basic instructions on how to use the cooking plate, dishwasher, etc. They are relatively new and if you are not familiar with newer versions it takes a while to figure out how to use them. I would create a users manual with laminated paper. Photos how to turn on and basic usage, like what program to use on the dishwasher for cleaning plates and glasses. I would also put the original users manual, some people take the time to read those.

We had everything we needed, it was a quite area, shop and bakery to but basic groceries. Furniture and amenities new and all in good condition.

A superb new flat, well equipped and with all one may need. The location is in a new development side of the city, out of downtown this require a car or a taxi to be get, other than the public buses which i do not recommend as a solution. A taxi is an easy to call and to get solution as many taxi parking are disseminated within the block

Everything was ok. The apartment is big, everything is new. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room together with the kitchen fully equipped. The free parking place is underground, with easy access to the elevators.

Aparment is fabulous!!! With hosts instructions we managed very well. Apartment has apsolutely everything you need. Location is good. Near is the bakery, Spar and also bus station.

Everything: the place looks better than in the photos, it's very spacious and has a great view over the city. It has a well equipped kitchen and it is a great option if you travel by car as it has an underground parking space. You have coffee shops and restaurants in the area for a quick bite and it only take you about 25min to get to the city centre as Budapest has a good public transportation. I definetly recommend it!

Due to the construction work in the surrounding area, the entrance is a little bit backwards. We had a little difficulty finding the house at first. This is a temporary problem, so there is nothing bad about the house.

The location of the house was very good. There were plenty of activities to do nearby. It had everything that was possible at home. Me and my family liked it very much. It is definitely a place worth the price.

A superb new brand apartment located in a still under development residential/business district of Budapest. Reasonable distance by the city center, supermarket, pharmacy, bars and basic restaurant a step away. Not a night life part of the city but it was perfect for us. The flat is equipped with everything needed. WiFi is perfect and the view from the 9th floor is nice.

Nothing to complain

The apartment is very well furnished and equipped with German appliances. Everything is well thought out and the host is extremely kind, the apartment is located in a newly built town complex and is very close to public transportation as well. Would recommend 100%.
