The only thing we didn't care for was the aroma sticks that permeated the air with a heavy scent. Some guests may appreciate it, but the perfume smell was too much for us as it irritated our allergies 🤧 It was easy to remedy by putting the sticks outside.

The apartment is well appointed with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The view is amazing! Atilla is very accommodating and explained how everything worked and what is where. The location is quiet.

Our stay was more than perfect. No negatives whatsoever.

We loved everything about Attila's place. To be honest we couldn't ask for more. He though about every little detail and made us most welcome. The apartment is impeccable, most comfortable, elegantly decorated and boasting the most amazing view one can have of Budapest. As an invaluable added bonus, Attila let us use the roof terrace to watch the unequalled fire works display on Szent István (St. Stephen's) Day, Hungary's national holiday. If you are by car, the garage is another invaluable addition. Not to mention the location. You are so close to all main attractions in Buda (castle, parks, spas, restaurants) but also walkable distance to everything that central Pest has to offer. And despite all this, the neighbourhood is incredibly quiet in the middle of a peaceful green area.

Nothing at all

The best place we’ve ever stayed! Super clean and comfortable, with everything we may need. We had a car and it’s fantastic that we were able to park in the garage (for free) and then took public transportation to different places. There is A/C in the apartment, which is vital to us during summer heat wave (quite a few places we stayed during our trip in Austria didn’t equip with A/C). The view from the terrace was fantastic. Our family spent an evening there, observing stars in the sky, and the kids really loved it. Attila is super friendly and accommodating! He offered great suggestions about where we can visit, and we had a great time in Budapest based on his advice. I can tell that he is an organized host - all the stuff in the apartment (incl. maps he offered) are organized in a very structured way, which I really like! :) He offered many books in the apartment, making it a cozy place. I really enjoyed reading the Budapest photography book on a morning at the side balcony. Thank you very much Attila! We’ll definitely recommend Attila’s place to all our friends when they visit Budapest!

Attila's apartment was beautifully appointed. He has little touches that make a big difference. Plenty of towels, hand towels, comfy robes, great A/C, a charging station for multiple devices, fully stocked kitchen, maps and suggestions for sightseeing. The only thing I might mention to future guests is that it's a few minutes steep walk from the main street (bus stop) and stairs to the 2nd floor, but honestly, the view that you have is well worth it! Everything was just perfect.

We had 2 nights in this spectacular apartment; we are a family of 3; the apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished and Attila has paid such close attention to the small details which make such a difference - thank you. I am very fussy when it comes to cleanliness and am always ready to do a quick clean up but not in this apartment it was spotless - thank you again. The view from the terrace and from the apartment window is spellbinding; genuinely it is. The apartment is just a short walk from the centre, there is a beautiful park on route. There is also a very up market shop just 2 minutes from the apartment which was very handy. A big thank you to Attila, he gave us such a warm welcome and kept us right about sights, directions etc. He helped us with our bags as well which was such a help. We also used Atilla's taxi service to take us to the airport, it was great to chat with Attila and find out more about life and culture in Hungary. I really can't say enough good things about Attila and the apartment. We plan to come back to Hungary next year and hope we'll be able to stay here again. Thank you again from all of us.

Extremely friendly welcoming from the host, great location and clean apartment. The host was waiting for us at arrival. He showed the property and explained everything, also he recommended places to visit and shopping around the area. The view is awesome from the apartment and there is an additional shared terrace on the roof what gives you extra opportunity enjoying the view of Buda and the great city view. We extended our stay there, the host replied in few minutes for our message. Highly recommended place.

Excelent accomodation if you plan to visit Budapest. Apartment is verry well equipped, clean and spacious, perfect for a cosy stay. The bed was verry comfortable, we had an excelent rest during our stay. Apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood , with gorgeous view of the city from the window, and from the rooftop terrace. Easy access using public transport ( bus 27 ). Parking garage available for free for guests, however you should crosscheck the car size with the host prior to arrival, to make sure it will fit in the garage. Kudos to Attila, the host , he is extremley thoughtful, the apartment is set up so all the small details that many people don't even think of when traveling are covered. Will definitley consider it as the first option for a future stay in the city!

No dustpan stick for cleaning 🧹 the floor. No trash bags so we had some trouble in putting all into the only one available.

The bed and the couch could have been a bit more comfier but other than that, no issues whatsoever. The couch was new so it would take some time and usage to get comfier anyways. Everything was perfect.

Attila was the best host, he showed us the apartment when we arrived, gave us tips and recommended places around the area. He even turned the couch into a bed upon our request and made the bed right there on the spot. He was very thoughtful and understanding, even when we had to change our check-in time, he didn't mind and waited an hour in the apartment to greet us.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous with a stunning view of the old center, it is extremely well equipped and you can see that every detail was carefully thought of. For us it was no problem - it’s just good to know that it is on the top (3rd) floor with no elevator. But, because of this it has a wonderful view over Budapest.

The location is great if you like quiet and green areas, but at the same time it is very near to the city center. The apartment is nice and clean - had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and also there are a lot of storage space. For us it was great that there is a free garage available. And above all - Attila is a great host: very helpful, nice - only wants the best for his guests. We are definitely coming back!

The first impression when you enter the apartment is that is ✨clean✨, which was really important for me since I have a baby who is crawling on the floor all the time. I was really impressed that Attila paid attention to all amenities and smallest details: dishwashing caps, coffee station (coffee caps, milk, sugar), paper towels, bathroom amenities, nice warm blankets, a feeding chair for the baby. The apartment smelled amazing, and the view is magnificent. Everything was amazing, we could easily warm up the apartment since it was a bit cold in the night, bed is comfortable, just perfect for a family stay.
