Oktogon hotel was just perfect!!! Excellent location, great facilities, environment and people! It was like you were living a modern fairytale 😍 Every spot was really clean and public spaces had the smell of an expensive and luxurious perfume ! Breakfast was delicious too ! We will definitely visit Oktogon to our next visit to Budapest

Very groovy retro hotel, clean and comfortable room, great location. We were only there for one night and didn't eat in the hotel as we were busy exploring.

Overall would recommend, and while (question in questionnaire) room size was great, I totally missed a desk, and although two beds in the room - I don't think I've ever slept in such a narrow bed. Strange given the size of the room.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Within walking distance of so many of Budapest's top attractions. Metro stop and tram stop are just metres from the entrance to the hotel which is so convenient and the public transport is excellent there. I have stayed in this hotel twice this year and will go back there again.

Windows of my room look the interior of hotel. It made me little bit uncomfortable. Due to the colour of sink, it seems very dirty after using it. It’s not a good choice. Overall i am happy to stay at this hotel. One note for the hotel. I stayed at the hotel on my birthday. But they were indifferent to this. From my previous experiences, i saw that the hotel managements did small gestures on this kind of special days of their customers such as handwriting note, birthday cake etc.

Location is very good. Breakfast is great. Staff is helpful. After check-out, they provide you with an option for storing your luggage. The proces for this is well designed, I really appreciatr it. You can leave your luggage for the spesific box like the system for cloakrooms in the museums.

This hotel was beautiful inside. The inside was stunning. Our room was lovely, very clean and very quiet. The girls on reception are very friendly. It is situated in a lovely safe area and we walked to all the major sites. We got the 100E from airport to city centre, hotel was a 15 minute walk then. Some beautiful places to eat in the area.

Not that i didnt like but the way to get to our room was almost like going to the other half of the bldg. the location of the lift only is at one side. And there are steps up and down in between so it's hard especially if carrying huge luggages in a narrow corridor. But the hotel in general is divine!

Promptly attended to my requests. I asked for another night to stay and they were able to make arrangements for us. I also requested for a vase for a bouquet of flowers I had and they got me one too. They go the extra mile.

Bar facilities were very limited e.g not open at all on a Monday???? We met friends and had to leave the hotel to have a glass of wine. Not what I had expected.

The staff should be more trained in helping the customers for any bookings they might need in well known restaurants or any other facilities. However, they were very helpful in anything else

The smell in the lobby is a bit too strong… but I guess it more personal things. The window can’t be opened cuz it faces to the aisle.

Really great location and super convenient! (Subway, trams and buses <50m / McDonald’s, Burger King, Starbucks, Rossmann, Pharmacies … etc and the BEST Phở <200m) Nice staffs and cool/safe lockers for luggages in case! (With pin) And interesting quotes for room service! :D

The room was a bit small, limited closet space . totally modern and clean with an espresso machine and a minibar. I saw a bar which the front desk said was open, but it never seemed to be open when I wanted it not a big deal since there were plenty of bars nearby and markets to buy wine, beer, etc..

Such a beautiful building! we loved the location ,close to restaurants , shops and two supermarkets which was nice since breakfast was pricey- not atypical for hotels we stayed in . I have to mention that Budapest is very spread out with two parts of the town separated by the river so a point can be made that nothing is really central. However, Ubers were easily available and public transportation was easy to navigate.

Excellent location on Andrassy Ut, reachable by public transportation and easily to reach from Nyugati train station. Breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff helped with orientation questions and provided useful umbrellas for the rainy days
