Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsService standard of the front desk staffs and restaurant staffs are below standard. They are sometimes not proactive and attentive and requires some good training.
Room is reasonably large. The location is good to see the Buda side and is not easy to go to the other side by metro. The breakfast space is too crowded. The food is not as good as I expect for a 4-star hotel. Choices are limited and food sometimes are insufficient or slow to replenish..

IndiaBut there was a flaw in the said room's design. When we sit in the sofa-chair the eye level is below the window seal and hence view of the Parliament is only visible if we either sit uncomfortably upright or keep standing.
Had booked a room overlooking the Parliament and was allotted the same. Nice room with a view of Parliament. Breakfast buffet had limited menu. Location otherwise was par excellence.

Modern and comfortable room. Complementary drinks. Staff was helpful sorting out parking needs. Crossing the bridge to get the other side of the Danube is a longer walk, but there's a near by subway station for that and a market for groceries.

AustriaSmall shortcoming: Our room was east-facing. As a precaution, the hotel had already fitted rails to the curtains to darken the room as much as possible against the early morning sun. Unfortunately, however, the Velcro fastener to fix the curtain to the rail was missing on one side.
Our stay was a complete success. The hotel is in a beautiful location and the atmosphere is pleasant. The staff are courteous and helpful.
