You cannot improve on perfection.

The room was extremely large for European standard as was the spacious bathroom. The breakfast room was excellent with a huge selection available. Once again a very spacious area with no crowding problems and the staff once again very efficient removing used plates and bowls.

A very nice hotel with attention to detail and good overall value for money. Good location for touring the city and helpful staff. We enjoyed the breakfast which offered plenty of choices.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming, the room was fantastic (bed a little on the firm side but ok) and very quiet. Breakfast was also really good with lots of fresh options. The hotel location was in easy walking distance to main attractions and transport links.

Great staff—always friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable with great windows which kept out the traffic noise and heavy curtains to block the early sunrise. Temp was always perfect.

Lovely hotel. Very Well located you can walk to lots of places even to the airport bus. Beautiful lobby. Good breakfast. Perfect for a Budapest break or work stay. Great room and bathroom. Staff were really helpful and patient Special mention for Pálma and Kinga, wonderful members of staff. Very competent and professional.

Great, beautiful venue. Absolutely stunning. Breakfast was outstanding with gluten free options. The gust services were also outstanding, nothing was a problem and very proactive.

The hotel is in an ideal location on the Pest side of the city. Walkable to many tourist sites and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was perfect. The staff very helpful and kind. The modern decor perfect. Small, but adequate gym. Great value.

The person at reception when checking in had attitude with us when we checking in. All we asked was that it would be handy to have instructions on the website how to get to the train station to the hotel and she said that “most people catch a plane and then a taxi” so this never is an issue.

Everything is outstanding about Hotel Moments. Our room, on the top floor was spacious, well-decorated, with a fantastic bathroom and a view of the basilica. The breakfast spread in Zenobia (included) is truly the best we have encountered. We had dinner twice there and enjoyed the excellent Lebanese/Syrian menu. But best of all, every employee was gracious, helpful, and service-oriented. We loved this hotel for value, too. A real gem in a great location in beautiful Budapest.

Bed was very firm and a bit uncomfortable but not a deal breaker, breakfast as was in a restaurant may consider a fresh egg option for those of us who prefer our eggs cooked completely
