Very good location - near to the Parliament and the river and also St Stephen's Basilica and all the restaurants and cafés around there. Also near to great transport links. Hotel room was a good size and kept very clean - but rather basic. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The furniture and renovations are very old, though very clean. Was a bit surprised that no reception was there at 8pm so it was a bit weird to get a key and go for the room like that.

I have already stayed in this hotel once on Easter 2023. I liked the location near Budapest Nyugati Pályaudvar station. It was 4-5 minutes to the station. which suited me very well. the hotel was in a side street where there was great peace and quiet. The room was adequate, had a nice bathroom with a shower and a strong stream of water in the shower. There were enough electrical outlets in the room. The bed had a comfortable mattress. The location of the hotel suited me because it was near the Nyugati station, which is also a stop for the backbone tram lines 4/6 and there is also a metro station. it is a free 8-10 minute walk to the Hungarian Parliament building.

Well, staff is nowhere to be found after 18:00, rooms seen better times.. like in 80s. Keys have ... fob that can be used as blunt weapon ;) and window view presents spectacular case study of modern masonry from 20th century. Lets not forget lift which might or might not take you where you intended.

It was a bit noisy at night, especially with the open windows we could hear the cars and people talking. The wifi signal was very weak and it kept disconnecting.

The location was great, a couple of minutes walking distance from the nyugati railway station and metro, tram stop and the Westend shopping mall. Also walking distance from the parliament, Margaret Island and other places to visit. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, very helpful and kind. The reception was open until 5 pm so they gave us clear instructions of how to enter and what to do when we arrived late and they were not around. There was no breakfast room in the hotel, but there was a recommendation placed at the reception for a nearby café which was very nice and just round the corner from the hotel. And there were many other cafés and restaurants in the vicinity, so plenty to choose from. The room was spacious and clean, it had a hot water kettle and complimentary coffee and also a small refrigerator. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious. Overall it was a very pleasant hotel for a short weekend getaway.

Wi-fi was working very poorly.

Hotel is perfectly located. Near to metro and railway stations, and also in walkable distance to main monuments of city centre. Staff is also very friendly. What is more, there is possibility for lagguage storage if you have late departue. Check-in / check-out in reception non-working hours also possible and easy.

The room was not very comfortable just to stay in. It had a chair and table and a bed; it really needed an armchair. The tv was the lowest quality. And the air conditioning was not working; the light was on and the flap was moving but the fan didn’t start.

Great location to main avenues and 10 minute walk to the very centre of the city. The room was very clean and quiet. It is great for sleeping. The WiFi was satisfactory. The bathroom was nice with a good shower.

Some points that are useful to know: - our room was on the fourth floor, where the WiFi occasionally dropped out - small TV - no possibility of breakfast in the hotel

I loved the location of the Hotel mostly. Room was nice, a lady in the reception on our first day was lovely and super friendly. Bed was comfortable. The only thing is - a better cleaning and filling up shower room with liquid soap.
