It was inconvenient that there were no real options in the hotel itself for lunch and dinner. The Brasserie was ok, though.

Not clear online to be aware that you have to walk through an underground corridor for at least 10-15min to reach the thermal hotel where the spa facilities are located. The rooms look lovely however as can be expected with older buildings, they’re not so sound proofed. Water is only provided on the first night. They should provide a new bottle during room service as most high class hotels do. It’s not made clear but there is changing rooms in the spa, even though they tell you to change in your rooms first before heading down the long corridor to the pool

The hotel ha an excellent SPA with thermal water and different swimming pools and saunas. Staff is very kind and cooperative. Breakfast was good and our room had a nive view on the river. We have been using the car and the hotel has a parking so we could benefit from the nice hotel location and get quickly to the city center. As general advise, however, it should be considered that in Budapest parking is normally difficult it can be paid only with coins.

No bar in the main hotel plus the other bar closed early. It would have been helpful to have tourist information available and especially information on public transport .

If they renew the coffee machines it might be good but still it was fine.

The location is great because with a short bus ride, you are away from the busy city, in the middle of green. And the room was so clean and the balcony was relaxing. The breakfast is amazing, so much vegan options. And last but the most important point is the thermal pools. Before I traveled to Budapest i was suffering from intercoastal neurolysis in my ribs and I had pain for 40 days. I used the thermal pools three times while i was there and my pain is gone. I'll def go and stay at this place again!

Not negatively, but rather funny. It was my birthday the day before, which my daughter warned me about at the reception. The next day we went on an excursion, then went to a restaurant in the city. When we returned, around 7 pm, there was nothing in the room. The daughter went to remind about the compliment from the hotel at about 8 o'clock in the evening, to which it was said that the gift was taken to another room, where it was received with gratitude)))). The girl at the reception told my daughter that she was ready to correct this situation. Closer to 9 pm, two small bottles of brut, sliced fruit (very fresh, I must say) and two small boxes of chocolates were delivered to the room. It was nice, but it felt like we got it through torture and blackmail. When we asked the maid for a bottle of water, she refused and offered to drink from the tap. I repeat - these are small problems, which, however, did not spoil the impression of the hotel.

The good: a classic European hotel, with a beautiful interior and an excellent location. Unconditional cleanliness, tranquility, respectability. Breakfast is good. In the rooms: kettle, tea, coffee sticks, sugar, bathrobes, slippers, sewing kit. The good thing is that there is a place where you can iron things for free. Swimming pools, saunas, sunbathing area, outdoor pool, on the terrace - excellent, very clean and comfortable. We are very pleased that we chose this hotel, I hope that we will visit it again.

We have been there with small children. Definitely, it is not a children friendly, the beds is not suitable for small children. Also, the check in time took a lot of time, but expect that, we had a lovely stay there.

Location in the island is great. Overall the hotel is nice and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good as well.

The breakfast greeter could have been more welcoming. Once our room number was taken nothing more was said. A 'Please sit anywhere' or 'Please help yourselves' would have been a nice gesture. The hot breakfast choices were often lukewarm and at busy times certain breakfast items ran out. However overall a good spread and we enjoyed eating outside. The shower screen glass in the room had a gap underneath so will always soak the towels put on the shelf under the sink by the staff.

Lovely quiet location on an island in the middle of the Danube. Good public transport off the island especially to the south past the musical fountain. I would recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay again.

A new design and renovation of all rooms could bring the Hotel to the highest level!

Beautiful Hotel and surrounding gardens. We stayed with our 2,5 yo daughter, and couldn’t be more happy. Rooms are spacious and delicious breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Very nice for family relaxing holidays.

The price was very reasonable for a hotel with a spa, excellent paddling pools and a swimming pool. There is a bathrobe in the room. The elevators worked fast. And of course the kindness of the staff. This was not the first visit to the hotel and certainly not the last.

It wasn't something we didn't like, but it might be something to consider. The hotel is a little way from the main attractions and eating places in the city centre, so you do need to incorporate travel time into your schedule. As mentioned, the city's transport is very good.

The friendly and polite receptionist organised a nice room with a balcony looking into the park for us. The breakfast selection was very good, as you would expect from a 4* hotel. The gym was well equipped and the spa pool area was very nice. Everything is very clean. Being in the park and having nice walks in the park at any time was a particular pleasure for us. Public transport in and around the city is excellent.
