Aircomsition could be improved, its capacity was moderate. The outside pool could be opened at 8:00 or earlier for swimmers (not for children and families). Now, with arguments that the noise bothers some guests it opens only at 9:00. Local topographic maps with running tracks and paths would be good for early morning joggers.

Meal selection was okay, but nothing special, also, refills were badly timed (only empty trays got changed, ice cream was too hard frozen), bread cutting desk missed a cloth sheet (or an instructions sign), so people touched the bread all the time, waiters were bored, wellness section is missing a cold pool, steam was extremely hot, children pool does not have any toys.

Excellent location, breathtaking view on Mátra, great, bright and quiet rooms with well working blackout curtains, helpful reception staff, well equipped children playroom, ice machine and drinking point in the wellness area, outdoor pools.

Unfortunately AC is not working properly, it was almost sauna in our rooms, at night it was a nightmare...and it was not the hotest days during our stay. In spa it could be cleaner, a lot dead insect and spider nets under the windows and sunbed.

Very nice place, really good food, comfortable a big spa. Nice and clean room!

The water should be free and should serve free. The only think I could say bad about it there is no free water served in the room.

Perfect location, in the mid of nature. Very decent breakfast and dinner. Lunch was optional but affordable. Pool and spa center were so good. Sauna was so good. Gym met my expectation despite the not large room.

Mainly everything was fine. Finn Sauna was closed between 17-18:00 for people buying a sauna ceremony session.(HUF9k) Both pools are about the same temperature. For comfort it would be nice if the warmest was just 2 degrees warmer.

Nice location, ample parking, 5 sauna's of which 4 open, hot/cold shower trail, ice supplied beside sauna's, 2 pools (with times bubbles/water streams) + a children pool. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were very nice with plenty choice (see bf pictures). Staff all very friendly. Booked parkside room but received mountain view room 😃

There was not much you can do but go to the spa. I tried to find a trail to walk through the Matra. Having a car helps to explore the surroundings.

The staff were kind and tried to give information about activities in the surrounding area. The breakfast was good and there was variety. The dinner was also good in quality and their was variety even though the Hotel was not full during this period. The internet worked fine! The rooms were clean and big enough! The spa area was clean and not crowded.

Controlling the room temperature was not straightforward. I missed a hot water pool.

The sofa-transformer for kids ( from the guest room) was not really up to situation - it was really overused, also was no pillows and blankets for children.

We have been there during advent. Everything was fantastic. Very nice Christmas atmosphere. Delicious food. Nice and kind stuff. 👍

Everything apart from house keeping. Staff, friendliness, check in, check out, food, bar service, wellness, was all great. Family room was super comfortable and spacious. Massage was outstanding:))

House keeping. They didn't even bother to do it although we asked her personally to clean and the "Please make up my room" sign was out. :(( This was 0 out of 10.

We are returning visitors, love the place, the facilities, location, food, everything is amazing. One can go for a hike easily, a beautiful trail leads through the hotel's lot. However if you'd rather stay in, there are also in-house lunch/snack options, and well, the spa is my all-time favourite. They are also well equipped for families travelling with little babies.

Spa could’ve been a little warmer

The hotel is located in beautiful Matra, surrounded with the forrest. The restaurant’s view is breathtaking and the hotel has all facilities and comfort one needs: the room was spacious, very clean, spa was clean and beautiful, staff was incredibly friendly, food was diverse and delicious. Highly recommended!
