Everything was fine. The location is unbeatable, good wifi, comfy bed, nice and helpfull staff. Breakfast pleace is right below the Vendégház, very convinient.

The owner of the property was very friendly, advised about facilities around the property. Property has perfect location, it takes only 5 min walk to the lake but still situated in a very calm street. The reastaurant in the building is very good and the owner, staff and theme in the Kedves Breakfast place is exceptional. Enyojed my breakfast with home made apple pie, chill morning music on the steet terrace framed with traditional cotryside house faccades. Needless to stay that room was very clean, furnished in industrial style. Perfect place for a short staycation😊.

No big surprises, if you know about specifics of this place in advance, just one thing - it is noisy in the evening.

The guesthouse is located in a nice historical building, there are just few small rooms, but well equipped and quite convenient. If you need just to sleep at a comfortable place and take a shower then you may like this facility. The room is really small, but for one person it is acceptable. The beach and the promenade are very close, this is the main advantage of the location. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby, and overall environment is beautiful.

We didn’t like that there is no attended reception and we had to call to get assistance (check in and check out , storing of bags ), but to be fair staff did attend to us promptly. Also we had booked for 2 adults and one 8 year old child and the extra futon bed was not made up ( not even sheets left for us to do it ourselves ) however since we were staying only for one night we all slept in the double bed (rather then again calling for staff )

Amazing location, in the center of everything. Place has a nice terrace and coffee machines in the room, so you can make you own coffee and drink on the terrace. Downstairs is a restaurant. When we were staying, it was not crowded so there was no music or so, but maybe in mid-season it might be laud.

This was the smallest room ever, rented for 3ppl. We have different picture about futon beds... There was no wardrobe. The shower cabin is tricky, in the smallest bathroom ever. So for a family this was not a comfortable room.

The accommodation is in the city center, I love that area. Also the cafe is nice so you can just go down and grab your breakfast. The room was clean.

For the price we paid the room was quite basic. Breakfast was not included. The amenities in the room where non-existent. In the evening, it was very very very loud, even with inside the building. In fact, we got woken up by staff talking very loudly outside the common Terrace area at 2, which was just outside the our room window . The restaurant all the very nice was always very full and we could never get the table in time.

Location was very good on a quiet street but very central. Guess house was also very clean bright and peaceful during the day. The restaurant was also very good. But staff were very polite.

Very noisy in the morning, windows are not noise-proof and delivery (restaurants are 1st level) and garbage trucks are like driving through the room.

the room is extremely small, the bathroom as well. looks like a collage hostel, you hear exactly what your neighbors speak. I think for this price, the quality of the room must be better.
