The restaurant's menu in the hotel could have been a little better, but it has a nice open air terrace for dining

We stayed at the annex, the Kalma Villa that was super nice! But first we checked in at the hotel itself and did not like the room offered, it was different than the pictures at booking. The kind management than solved this and changed us to another room, and we really enjoyed our stay. Location wise you can not wish a better situation, just a pleasant walk to the lake and spa facilities.

On several evenings during our stay, it seemed there was a lack of staff in the restaurant at dinner time, se we had to wait for our meal longer than expected.

We liked the fact that the use of sauna and towels has already been included in the price. We highly recommend the use of the hotel garage, because there are not many parking spaces near the hotel. The hotel itself is small, but very pleasant. The room was nice, light and spacious. We also liked the concept of an aparthotel with a small kitchenette in the room.

Breakfasts were quite modest, coffee was below average. Garage spaces are very narrow for contemporary cars (I was quite scared I'd scratch mine :-)), if you drive SUV I would suggest you to check it before reservation of a parking space with the hotel.

Great place, 200 meters from the Lake Hevíz. Otherwise a slightly above average hotel with a very helpful staff.

The hotel hat a garage, but for extra fees which wasn't mentioned on description. However, we were lucky that we arrived on Easter Saturday that there was no parking fee in the whole area.

Hotel: it was an old and nice building, very clean, quite a big room with a kitchenette and an electric kettle. Staff: very friendly and hospitable. Food: we had a dinner at the hotel and the meal was really delicious. Breakfast was quite ok. Location: in the downtown, thermal bath is easily reachable on foot.

We need to pay for parking even though we were parked in the parking of the hote. I beliebe that hotel guests should have free parking and not have to pay extra money.

All receptionist were expectational, helpful, polite, friendly. Location can’t be better. The room is spacey, clean, well-thought, homey. I am extremly surprised and glad to find such a jewel between Hungarian accomodations.

Dinner was terrible. We were hungry after it, like a childs portion, it was not tasty at all. And pancakes were made not with chocholate, but with cacao in grain. Dont order dinner.

Very bad service, the staff would not help you for luggage. The manager yelled at customer with unprofessional attitude. Not informed customer extra tourist tax at the beginning, Would not recommend to anyone. Don’t go there!

Not a big deal, but we stayed at the Kalma Villa, which was another building 1 block away from the hotel. Check-in & check-out happen at the hotel reception
