Lobby bar service...You sit at the bar..no one notices you..the staff walks around you and pretends not to see you..worst part of the hotel.

Dogs are tolerated, but not so much welcome and the Hotel charges a lot for a pet. Location : 20 minutes walk to the center.

They stop serving dinner at 7 pm, which is a little tricky if you are exploring the area and do not wish to have such an early end to your evening. Also, while it is great they allow dogs, this will cost 40 EUR for a night ( even for the smallest of dogs), which, if you take the full board with two persons per room and calculate how much out of that goes for food is probably more than the night you pay as a person.

Nice, newly refurbished rooms with a pleasant addition of a balcony. It's a well-kept hotel.

It is a very nice location (in the woods), close to the Ady utca bus stop. Around 10 minutes walk to the lake. They serve delicious ice cream for dinner and the overall range of food is good. The spa is small but clean and not crowded. I can definitely recommend the place.

Gaming table downstairs in the lobby is always occupied. Just a suggestion, maybe it would be possible to have a few more tables like that so that more guests could enjoy it.

We liked the great view from the room, the spa, especially indoor thermal pool, and the yard with trees. There is bycicle storage at the hotel.

Why when I am a higher level 'genius' on booking.com was my offer higher than my wife who has no 'genius' level. We checked on many of the same offers and always she has a better offer.

Wonderful pools, great temperatures, clean and very relaxing. We spent most of the day there and it was not crowded.

Nice renovated hotel with a new outdoor pool and a small spa area. 15-20 min to Heviz town center and thermal lake. Good food, nice personnel.

At dinner all drinks are paid, except water!!! Tea bags at dinner cost almost $2, and no kettle in the room! Juices are diluted. For a hotel of this level, this is not comme il faut! No gym!

Nice hotel with a large park area. The rooms are after renovation, everything is new, clean and beautiful. The spa center, swimming pool and saunas are also after renovation, compact and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. 15-20 min walk to the thermal lake. But the hotel also has a thermal pool. The food is good and tasty! When there are a lot of people, the range of dishes is large, different types of meat, fish, vegetables, desserts!

The air-conditioner didn't work, yet it was 28°C, it still heated the room. You have to make a decision what time do you want to have your dinner, though the dining room had a huge capacity. Arrived 15mins earlier to check in, we had to wait till 14:00 sharp, to get our room.

Bright and clean room, excellent wellness facility. Breakfast and dinner was plentiful.

The bed a little bit soft.

The hotel is brand new and the interior is amazing. While dinning there is a pianist who plays for us. Everything is good but the outdoor pool is too cold at night.

The spa area is too small for a hotel of this size, leading to a crowded experience, especially in saunas. Unfortunately, people go inside saunas in bathing suits, which makes floors and furniture wet and non-hygienic. The hotel bar has some cocktails on offer, but all of them were either too sweet or too salty (!), so we didn't enjoy them much.

The hotel was recently renovated, and the room was spotless and had excellent sound isolation so that you could rest at night. The staff working there was professional and very polite. The pools and spa area were accessible and well-maintained during our stay. Breakfast and dinner were okay, nothing special, but still good.
